Little cute nonsmoking white color house, with a private basement entry door. Everything is so close to you restaurants, stores, parks you name it.

House has squeaks and you will hear it because the owner stays upstairs, apart from that you only have to share laundry space and that's closed off so if need for use, kindly let owner know. PLEASE PUT IN THE NUMBER OF GUESTS COMING AND IF YOU NEED EXTRA SLEEPING SPACE TO MAKE IT EASER FOR THE HOST TO PLAN WELL. Thanks for coming and enjoy your stay.

The space
Cute and Cozy space and very spacious and clean. We don't allow SMOKING of any kind on the property. You have the space to yourself downstairs, only every once in a while, someone will come down to do laundry but let you know, and when you need to do your laundry and let owner know so laundry can be accessible.

Guest access
We have out door patio space under the deck that guest can use, and you will park your car in the parking space that you receive information for once you're here.

Other things to note
Please when you come in the house take off your shoes and put on house shoes if you have them and place your shoes on the shoe rack behind the door. SMOKING and PETS are not allowed on the property. Just so you know you have most things very close to you. Like restaurants, and stores.
