The Space:

The Wagwell is a detached home designed for comfort, connection, and easy living across two levels.



Sleeping Arrangements



Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): King bed with direct access to a full bathroom—ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bed

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Two twin beds—perfect for kids or additional guests

Two full bathrooms (one on each level), both equipped with a shower/tub combination

The backyard at Wagwell is big, fully fenced, and genuinely dog-friendly. We've removed plants known to be toxic to dogs and put protective fencing around anything that could cause GI upset, so your pup can roam freely in a yard that's been thoughtfully set up with them in mind.



That said, no outdoor space is fully curated; the yard has a naturalized, meadow-style feel with plenty to sniff, dig, and investigate. If your dog is a keen grazer or digger, we have a tie-out available so they can enjoy the yard with a little more structure and you can relax knowing they're in view.



You know your dog best; we've done our part to make the space as safe as we can, and we trust you to do the rest.

We have a provincial parks parking pass available for guests to use at Sandbanks or North Beach between May 1st and Oct 31.
