Bedroom 3 is Queen/Queen Bunk Beds

Bunk Bed Use, Assumption of Risk, and Liability Waiver

Guest acknowledges that the premises include bunk bed(s) and that the use of such furnishings involves inherent and foreseeable risks, including but not limited to falls from height, entrapment, suffocation, and other bodily injury. Guest voluntarily and expressly assumes all risks associated with the use or presence of the bunk bed(s), whether such use is by Guest or any other occupant, invitee, or minor.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Owner, Host, and Property Manager shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, or claim arising out of or related to the use, misuse, or inability to use the bunk bed(s), regardless of cause, including but not limited to ordinary negligence.

Guest agrees that use of the upper bunk is at the user’s own risk and is not recommended for young children. Guest further agrees to ensure that: (i) children are supervised at all times; (ii) no horseplay or unsafe activity occurs on or around the bunk bed(s); (iii) the bunk bed(s) are used only for their intended purpose; and (iv) any posted or provided safety guidelines are strictly followed.

Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Owner, Host, and Property Manager from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the use or presence of the bunk bed(s) during the stay, including claims brought by or on behalf of any minor or third party.

Guest further agrees to comply with any stated occupancy and weight limits for the bunk bed(s), if provided, and acknowledges that exceeding such limits or failing to follow safety recommendations may increase the risk of injury and constitutes misuse.
