This is a private and separate Guest House with its own entrance, parking, and outside areas, offering privacy and convenience.

No dirt roads! All roads to the property are paved. The parking area is gravel.

Guest access
The guest house exterior is fully fenced and includes solid wood fencing at the front patio/porch for increased privacy.

Other things to note
- The garage is not included or available for guest use.

- We do have enough room to park and turn around a small trailer, if needed. However, there is no drive-through access, so you will need to be skilled at backing and turning around a trailer.
