Featuring a fridge, stove, plates, glassware, and a curated selection of savory seasonings, you will find absolutely everything you need to whip up a beautiful dinner or pack up simple snacks for the beach.

Restful Quarters: Two thoughtfully appointed bedrooms offer a quiet, comfortable sanctuary to rest, read, and recharge to the sound of the distant ocean.

The Bath: A small, sparkling, and deeply cozy bathroom complete with everything you need to wash off the salt and sand after a beautiful beach day. (Stand up shower)

House Rules & Policies

To preserve the serene atmosphere of Vita Serena and ensure a wonderful experience for our guests and neighbors, please read our house rules carefully before booking. By booking, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.

Age & Identification: The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Valid identification is required for all guests prior to your stay.

Maximum Capacity: To maintain our quiet environment, there is a strict limit of 6 people maximum on the premises at any time. This applies to both daytime visitors and overnight guests.

Zero Tolerance for Parties: As mentioned in our listing, this is a sanctuary for relaxation. We strictly prohibit parties, events, or disruptive gatherings.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Pet Policy: We are happily pet-friendly! Please note that there is a required $100 pet fee (per pet) to cover additional cleaning.

Parking: We provide 2 designated parking spots for your convenience. Please do not park in the driveway or on the lawn at any time.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

Plumbing Care: The plumbing in our home is meticulously maintained and in perfect working order prior to your arrival. If a clog or plumbing issue occurs due to improper use during your stay, the guest will be responsible for all associated repair costs.

Enforcement & Security Deposit
We take the care of our home and our neighborhood seriously. These rules are strictly enforced. Please be aware that any violation of the rules above will result in the immediate loss of your security deposit. Depending on the severity of the violation, you may also be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
