In the summer, Twin Lakes provides the perfect setting for kayaking, fishing, and paddleboarding, while surrounding mountains offer world-class hiking and access to 9 Collegiate Peaks 14ers. As the snow falls, the cabin transforms into a cozy winter wonderland. Though the roads are plowed, 4WD or AWD is required to ensure a safe trip as snowstorms are unpredictable.

➤ This 2bd, 2.5 bath cabin comfortably accommodates 4 guests. The property's peaceful, wooded setting and rural community offer a serene atmosphere, while the nearby towns of Leadville and Buena Vista provide easy access to restaurants, supplies, and entertainment.

Guest access
➤ In the winter, 4WD or AWD is required for safe travel, the home is on a sloped road and 2WD will not work. I will have the drive shoveled for arrival but a snowstorm during the stay will require some shoveling depending on your vehicle.

Other things to note
➤ Drive slow on the dirt roads and please show upmost respect for the neighbors
➤ Please no parties and no open fires, they are allowed in the PanArk neighborhood.
➤ The property is conveniently located between Leadville and Buena Vista, and just an hour's drive from Aspen (summer only).
➤ There are 9 14ers in the Collegiate peaks, I've hiked most of them and happy to provide info
