La Corte del Duca occupies the third floor of a prestigious early 1900s palazzo on Via Nazario Sauro, one of Modena's most elegant and sought-after central streets. The building itself is a beautiful example of the graceful architecture of its era, with its imposing entrance, high ceilings, and wide stone staircase creating an immediate sense of arrival and occasion. Please note that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift. We ask guests to bear this in mind when planning their arrival, particularly with larger luggage. Once you are inside the apartment, however, the space, the light, and the atmosphere will make the climb entirely worthwhile.
