Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops.


Linens and towels are not provided. Guests may arrange rentals through a local service.

Accessibility
Stairs are required and the home may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

Cell Service
Cell service can be spotty. Consider printing directions prior to arrival.

Security Camera
A Ring Doorbell camera faces the front outdoor entry. It does not look into interior spaces and records video when motion is detected or when the doorbell button is pressed.

Community Amenities Passes
Guests may purchase passes to access the community amenities, including swimming pools, the recreation barn, tennis courts, and the gym, for $50 per person, per stay. This applies to all guests aged 5 years and older, and a maximum of 8 passes is allowed per reservation.

Shuttle Service
A community shuttle service is available from the property and runs to Bethany Beach every 30 minutes. The pickup location is clearly marked near the home for your convenience.

Seasonal Booking Preference
May through September, a 7-night minimum stay with Sunday check-in is preferred.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
