Guest Access

Guests will have full private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the hot tub and lakefront area.

Self check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival for a smooth and convenient check-in.

Safety & Security

Your comfort and safety are important to us.

For transparency, the property includes exterior security cameras located at the front entrance and outdoor areas facing the driveway. These cameras monitor exterior areas only and there are no cameras inside the home.

The home also uses smart environmental monitoring devices designed to detect excessive noise levels and smoking activity indoors. These devices do not record audio or conversations and simply help ensure the home remains comfortable and compliant with house rules.

Pets: SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED. Some people have ruined it for others.

If a pet is discovered after check-in without prior approval, the cleaning fee will double.
