CANCELATION POLICY
In the unfortunate event that it is necessary for you to cancel your reservation please notify us promptly. The $100 initial reservation payment is non-refundable. Our cancellation policy is FIRM so please purchase travel insurance for cancellations, emergency medical & more.

Cancelation Policy is as follows:
30 days or more - 100% refund ($100 initial payment is non-refundable)
14 days or more - 50% refund
<14 days - no refund

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

Please Note: Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy and may be subject to occasional interruptions, outages, or service issues beyond our control. No refunds or credits will be issued due to Wi-Fi interruptions or unavailability.

To help you plan for your visit, we provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 towel per registered guest. You will also find a roll of paper towels, some dish soap, dish washer pods, laundry pods and trash bags. This is a starter supply of items and not enough for most stays.
