You’ll enter from the front porch into the main level of this multi-level home. Just inside, the bright living area offers a comfortable place to relax, unwind, or stream your favorite shows after a day around the city.
Toward the back of the main floor, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen with a large island and seating for four, making it easy to cook, dine, or gather over coffee before heading out.
Upstairs are both bedrooms and the full bathroom. The king bedroom is at the front of the home, while the queen bedroom is at the back. The full bathroom is located in the middle of the second-floor hallway and includes a tub/shower combo.
The laundry area is located just off the kitchen on the first floor, and the front porch includes outdoor seating. Please note there are a few steps up from the sidewalk to reach the porch, plus stairs to access the second-floor bedrooms and bathroom.

At the same time, the home is set in a quieter, more residential pocket of the neighborhood, giving you a more relaxed place to recharge after a day around the city. You’re only about a 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive from Shiloh Street, where you’ll find local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and neighborhood favorites. 1. No Smoking Indoor
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside. Outdoor smoking is allowed - please dispose of butts responsibly. A $1,000+ cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found.
2. Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests may stay overnight. No unapproved visitors may remain after hours or use guest amenities. Day visitors are limited to 3, with a total cap of 6 people on the property at any time.
3. Use at Your Own Risk
Guests accept all risks related to property use. Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or lost/stolen items.
4. Chore-Free Checkout
No cleaning is expected or required from guests, but excessive messes (e.g. abundant stains, excessive trash) will incur a $40/hr cleaning fee.
5. No Late Checkouts Without Approval
Late departures disrupt cleaning. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 per 30 minutes.
6. Flexible Rebooking Policy
If you cancel outside the refund window and we rebook your dates, we’ll refund any rebooked nights—because we don’t believe in double-dipping.
7. No Daily Housekeeping
The home is fully cleaned before your stay. Fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies are included. Mid-stay cleanings available for an extra fee.
8. No Pets Allowed
To protect guest sensitivities, pets are not permitted. A $250 deep cleaning fee applies if evidence is found.
9. Children Welcome - With Full Adult Responsibility
Children are warmly welcomed, but must be supervised at all times - indoors and out. Guests are fully responsible for any necessary baby-proofing, and must thoroughly inspect any provided items (e.g. high chairs, pack & plays, baby gates) before use. Host does not inspect or guarantee the safety of these items. By booking, Guest accepts full liability for the safety of all children on the premises.
10. Noise Monitoring Devices
Purposefully disabling our Minut decibel meter and refusing to turn it back on will result in immediate termination of your reservation, with no refund.
11. Zero Tolerance for Neighborhood Disruptions
Any police involvement due to noise or neighborhood disruptions (e.g. parties) will result in immediate termination of your reservation.
