COTTAGE INFORMATION AND GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT
- No housekeeping on rentals less than 1 week
- Cottage is on septic system and ensure only toilet paper is flushed
- Garbage to be put in garbage and separated for recycling. Garbage to never be left outside.
- Quiet time is strictly enforced between 11pm and 8am
- Indoor fires are prohibited
- Outdoor fires are allowed after sundown if no fire ban but must be fully distinguished by saturating all embers with water
- As property does allow Pets, Guests must sign pet waiver. If pets are brought to the property without a signed pet waiver there is a $1,000 fine.
- Strictly non-smoking property and if guests are smoking there is $1,000 fine.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced at 6 guests
- Guest agrees that the Agency or the Owner or their authorized service providers may arrive at the Cottage at any reasonable time during the rental period for inspection, maintenance or repairs
- Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the property description and amenities provided. The Agency and Owner are not liable for minor discrepancies.
