The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to make a delicious meal. If you wish to dine in, feel free to have your meal at the dining table available.

The bedroom contains a king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool. There is a barbeque and observation deck sitting on the top floor with a view of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain.

Downtown Dubai is the city's busy tourism hub, home to the towering Burj Khalifa skyscraper, with its observation deck, and the dancing Dubai Fountain, where crowds gather to watch music and light shows. The sprawling Dubai Mall offers global fashion brands and casual eateries, while Emaar Boulevard has a chic cafe scene. The Dubai Opera hosts dance, opera and musicals in a striking dhow-shaped building.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Closest Stations: Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station.
Dubai Fountain: 8 minutes walk.
Dubai Mall: 10 minute walk.
Burj Khalifa: 5 minutes by car.
Dubai International Airport: 20 minutes by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
