Sleeps 10, welcomes dogs, and sits minutes from Ellijay’s wineries, orchards, and downtown.

Nestled inside the gated Coosawattee River Resort, this pup-friendly retreat offers the rare combination of a beautifully finished private home with access to a full resort community — swimming pools, pickleball courts, mini golf, hiking trails, and river access for kayaking and canoeing.

The Main Level
Step inside to soaring cathedral ceilings, warm reclaimed wood finishes, and an open living space anchored by a stacked stone fireplace. The chef’s kitchen is a showpiece — dark cabinetry, a striking copper-top island, and open shelving make it as beautiful as it is functional, perfect for shared meals, morning coffee spreads, or evenings filled with good food and great company.

The main-level primary suite is a true retreat. A king bed, spa-inspired bathroom with a copper soaking tub, stone walk-in shower, and dual vanity. Step directly onto the back deck where you’ll find generous seating, outdoor dining, and a wood-burning fireplace — perfect for a private dinner under the stars.

The Upper Level
A second king suite sits upstairs with an ensuite bath and its own private deck — an ideal perch for quiet mornings and peaceful tree-top views.

The Lower Level
Built for fun and flexibility. The game room features a pool table, shuffleboard, and lounge seating with a large TV. A queen bedroom and a custom-built bunk room sleeping four round out the space. The lower deck opens to the hot tub and a fully fenced dog run — your four-legged family members are fully welcome here.

The Outdoors
Multiple decks give every group their own space — an upper deck for dining and fireside evenings, a lower deck for hot tub soaks, and wooded views throughout that remind you exactly where you are.

Getting Here & Good to Know
This home is located inside the gated Coosawattee River Resort. Please note the following fees which are separate from your nightly rate:
• Gate access fee: $59 per vehicle (required for entry)
• Resort amenity passes are included for up to 8 guests. Additional groups of 4 may be added for $59 each.
• Amenity cards must be ordered before arrival — we’ll provide instructions after booking.

Please review all house rules to ensure compliance with local resort and county regulations.

A note on access:
Guests have exclusive use of the full property for the duration of their stay and will receive a private door code for entry.
These are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and compliant experience for all guests. A signed guest agreement is required by local ordinance to gain access to the property. It will be emailed the week of your arrival and must be signed before check-in instructions are released. The agreement outlines local codes and policies on: Occupancy limits, Parking, Noise & quiet hours, Trash handling , Pets , Events & gatherings, Property damage, prohibited commercial activity Absolutely no parties, events, or unauthorized visitors. QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced from 9pm TO 8AM, per local ordinance. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and fines starting at $1,000, charged to the guest NATURE: Refunds will not be issued due to these natural elements or environmental conditions. Guests acknowledge that the property is located in a natural environment and may be subject to varying weather conditions, wildlife activity, and ambient noise from nature or surrounding areas. We do not make any guarantees regarding weather, wildlife behavior, or the suitability of the environment for specific activities or purposes. Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to weather events, natural occurrences, environmental noise, or other circumstances beyond our control. SMOKING AND VAPING are not permitted inside the property under any circumstance. A minimum $1,500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Underage drinking and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
