The space
Our villa offers one spacious master bedroom with a private sundeck, that opens to the lush greens of Aarey forest. The living rooms has a king-size marble seating that can easily accommodate 8-10 guests. Fully equipped kitchen with Gas, Microwave oven, Fridge, Water-purifier, utensils, and crockery is also the part of the package.
The most unique aspect of this villa is your own private pool along with your private deck. A massive
1500 Watt Speaker system can convert the deck into a dance floor or a lounge as per your choice.

Guest access
Guests will be given access to one master bedroom, living room, kitchen, pool, and sundeck.

Other things to note
* Booking amount is up to 5 guests. Above that, Rs. 1000/- per guest is chargeable.
* If you are a bigger group of 8-10 guests, one more master bedroom can be provided to you at additional charges.
* Guests are requested not to eat, drink, or smoke inside the pool. It can contaminate the water and cause health issues for the guests.
* Guests are requested to wear appropriate gear when entering the pool.
*Other Villas are also in the vicinity. Guests can expect music and noise from other villas too.
* Aadhar Card is mandatory for all guests.
* Loud Music is not permitted post 10 pm as per government laws.
* A security deposit of Rs. 3000/- is payable at the time of check-in. It will be refunded to the guests on check-out.
* Substance abuse is strictly prohibited.
* This Villa is specifically meant for get together/events/parties. Senior citizens and infants may not be comfortable due to the noise factor from other surrounding Villas
