The Space:

The marina is a short walk from your door, its waters catching the afternoon sun as fishing boats and charter yachts drift past. Rooftop pools shimmer above the terracotta skyline. By evening, downtown Cabo shifts into a different gear entirely - live music threading through the warm air, fresh seafood at every turn, open-air bars humming with the kind of energy that's built up here over decades. This one-bedroom apartment puts you right at the center of it.

 

The space

Designed for two, the apartment uses its footprint well. The living and dining areas open into one another naturally - relaxed enough for slow mornings, easy enough to decompress in after a full day on the water or in town. A TV and Wi-Fi are available when the mood calls for it, and a dedicated workspace in a common area keeps you connected if work tends to follow you on the road. In-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and still have everything you need.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is set up for real rest - bed linens, hangers, a closet, and ample clothing storage all accounted for. A mosquito net is also provided.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen hands you back your schedule. A refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and drip coffee maker cover the day-to-day, backed by cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses for evenings in. Coffee is provided, so your first morning in Cabo starts exactly the way it should.

A private patio or balcony frames city skyline views across every part of the day - morning light breaking over the rooftops, the warm glow of downtown settling in after dark. The building adds more to work with: a rooftop outdoor pool for afternoon swims, a shared gym to keep your routine in place, and a fully fenced shared backyard with an outdoor dining area and BBQ grill for meals taken outside. An outdoor playground is also on the property. Elevator access runs throughout the building.

A split-type ductless AC system keeps the apartment comfortable in Cabo's warm climate year-round. Self check-in via keypad means arrival works on your terms, and luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals or late departures. Cleaning is available during your stay - a useful option for longer trips. Free parking is on offer in the on-premises garage and on the street. Home safety essentials - smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and first aid kit - are all in place. The bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleaning products, and hot water.

Guest Access:

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the third floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**

This Condo is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas so the community surrounding the condo offers a variety of services, you can find restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, shopping malls, social spaces, marina and the beach all at walking distance.

At nightfall, the community is full of life through its main streets, surrounded by nightclubs, bars and canteens with all kinds of themes, as well as the events that the city offers for the community and tourists on its beaches and surroundings.
