The Space:

The heat hits differently at this elevation. Step out onto your private balcony in the morning and downtown Cabo San Lucas spreads out below you - rooftops, palms, and somewhere in the distance, the glint of the marina catching the light. This one-bedroom condo sits right in the middle of it all, close enough to walk to everything, quiet enough to sleep through it.

 

Living space

Everything sits on a single level - no stairs, no split floors, just one easy layout that moves from the living area to the kitchen to the bedroom without interruption. A split-type ductless AC system keeps the condo cool through the midday heat, and room-darkening shades give you full control over the light. A TV, books and reading material, and exercise equipment mean you can spend a slow evening in just as comfortably as you spend a day out.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom sleeps 4 guests across 2 beds. Bed linens, hangers, clothing storage, a mosquito net, and an iron are all provided - arrive without overthinking your luggage. The 1.5 bathrooms are stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchenette is set up for real use - a refrigerator, freezer, induction stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender are all available, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. Pull up a chair at the dining table and eat at your own pace. Coffee is provided to get the day started.

 

Workspace & connectivity

A dedicated workspace sits in a room with a door - a proper setup for focused work or video calls. Both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection are available, making this a solid base for remote work or extended stays of 28 days or more.

 

Outdoor & building amenities

The private balcony is where days begin and end - city skyline view included. The shared outdoor spaces extend things further: outdoor furniture, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a BBQ grill, and a fully fenced shared backyard are all available. The rooftop outdoor pool is available to guests, and the building includes a shared gym, elevator access, free parking in the on-site garage, and free street parking. A full set of beach essentials - beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - is provided, with shared beach access nearby.

 

Convenience & services

Self check-in via lockbox means arrival is straightforward, and luggage dropoff is available for guests with early arrivals or late departures. An in-unit washer and dryer handle laundry, and cleaning is available during your stay. Babysitter recommendations are available for families. The condo is pet-friendly, and long-term stays are welcomed. Exterior security cameras cover common areas - the parking garage, building entrance, elevator, and restaurant - with no cameras inside the condo.

 

Location

Downtown Cabo San Lucas means restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops are within easy reach on foot. The marina and coast are close by, with beaches and water activities a short trip away. When evening comes, the neighborhood shifts into full Cabo mode - live music, events, and the kind of energy the city is known for fill the streets around you.



Guest Access:

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the second floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**

This Condo is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas so the community surrounding the condo offers a variety of services, you can find restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, shopping malls, social spaces, marina and the beach all at walking distance.

At nightfall, the community is full of life through its main streets, surrounded by nightclubs, bars and canteens with all kinds of themes, as well as the events that the city offers for the community and tourists on its beaches and surroundings.



Getting Around:

To get around this city we recommend walking since the apartment is located a few blocks from the Cabo San Lucas marina, for long distances we recommend using Uber or car rental, if you require car rental we can recommend the best prices



Other Things to Note:

The guests may experience occasional light construction noise in the hallway or in the garage.
