This single level home accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom, 2 beds, and 1.5 baths. The layout offers no stairs in home, with elevator access in the building for added ease. Room-darkening shades and an AC - split type ductless system help create a restful environment after full days exploring Cabo’s vibrant streets.



Living and workspace

The living area invites you to unwind with a TV, books and reading material, and exercise equipment for light workouts at home. A dedicated workspace - in a room with a door - supported by Wifi and an Ethernet connection makes remote work seamless. Free washer - in unit and free dryer - in unit provide added convenience for both short and long term stays.

Guest Access:

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the second floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**

This Condo is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas so the community surrounding the condo offers a variety of services, you can find restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, shopping malls, social spaces, marina and the beach all at walking distance.

At nightfall, the community is full of life through its main streets, surrounded by nightclubs, bars and canteens with all kinds of themes, as well as the events that the city offers for the community and tourists on its beaches and surroundings.



Getting Around:

To get around this city we recommend walking since the apartment is located a few blocks from the Cabo San Lucas marina, for long distances we recommend using Uber or car rental, if you require car rental we can recommend the best prices



Other Things to Note:

The guests may experience occasional light construction noise in the hallway or in the garage.
