Mystic Ridge Lake Harmony nahe Big Boulder Ski

Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad you chose to stay with us. We wanted to address your comment about the balcony. Our team thoroughly cleans the balcony after every guest's stay, and we also make sure the propane tanks are full and ready for use before each arrival. Because the home is nestled in a beautiful wooded setting, it's common for leaves, pollen, and other natural debris to collect on the balcony between cleanings, sometimes even shortly before guests arrive. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue looking for ways to keep the outdoor spaces as enjoyable as possible. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
