This cabin is situated just 5mins from water access and the Blackgum Boat Ramp, making it perfect for water enthusiasts. Additional nearby attractions include the Pine Cove Marina, Clear Water Cafe, Buzzards Roost Hiking Trail and Tenkiller State Park.

Property has ample parking for multiple vehicles and boats.

Each bedroom has queen beds that can sleep 6 people. We also have an air mattress for 2 extra guests.

If you want to bring pets, please inquire before booking.

No parties or loud outside music.

Minimum age for booking is 25. Each guest under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a 25 year old chaperone.

6 adult guests max + kids. No more than 8 guests.

On day of check in, check in instructions will be sent once we have performed an inspection after the cleaners have finished. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am.
