Check in took 1:49 minutes. We weren't added to the resorts list so they wouldn't let us in. Plus, there was only one person checking people in, (LONG LINE), and they offered no help straightening it out. I called the phone numbers on the listing at 5:03 pm, they closed at 5pm, so we called the emergency line, which took many attempts before someone answered. That was the maintenance person and he was very helpful and got me in touch with the property manager who did fix everything promptly from that point. Still a long, slow line every time we came back to the resort. The rest of the resort was as expected, and we did really like it. The pool area was great and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly. Our condo was clean, but right off the start I fell because the of a broken chair, plus the table is very wobbly. They sent maintenance the next day to fix it, but all he did was put a sign on the chair not to use it, (which left one person without a chair), and they didn't stabilize the table. Also, the screen door was off the tracks so we couldn't enjoy the ocean breeze. We didn't notice it before the maintenance came and left or maybe it could have been fixed. The balcony was so small there wasn't even room for ANY furniture. The dishwasher didn't work, which we didn't discover until the last day, so we restarted it and left, hopefully it worked that time. Overall, we would probably still rent again...just PLEASE do something about the check in process.
