Check in time is at 4:00 pm. Check out time is at 11:00 am.
Late check out requires pre-authorization.
A $20.00 USD per hour fee for late check out is assessed. After 3:00 pm, an additional night stay will be assessed on your credit card.

Check in registration is at our Casago office, located in Blvd. Manlio Fabio Beltrones, sect Villa hermosa, local 156-5. Between calle paseo dichoso y paseo linda vista. San Carlos Nvo Guaymas, Sonora. 85506.

OCCUPANCY
Each rental is designed to sleep a specific number of people. This number is noted on your paid confirmation notice.
This unit is for maximum 10 people. Including children.

Please do not allow any additional persons to sleep in your rental unit than allowed. If more people are found in your rental than you registered or pre-paid, you will lose your damage deposit you will be subject to eviction without return of your rental payment.


RULES AND REGULATIONS

Please note that loud, rowdy and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, that all Rules and Regulations of the condominium and of Mexico are strictly enforced and that violators will be held accountable including, but not limited to, arrest by proper authorities, eviction from the premises and/or forfeiture of all monies paid.

• NO offensive, intimidating, threatening behavior will be tolerated. Violators are subject to immediate removal from the unit.
• If there is anything wrong in your unit at check in time, please notify the front desk within the first 20 minutes (this includes cleaning issues)
• Casago is not responsible for items left in the property please be sure to lock the units.
• Please do not throw garbage on the floor, deposit it in assigned areas.
• Each extra hour has a charge of $20.00 USD
• Hanging any sort of clothes or towels on terrace rails is prohibited.
• Smoking is NOT permitted in any unit. Out of respect for our other guest.
• No pets allowed.
• Towels are for the exclusive use of the property, please do not take them out of the house.
• Turn off air conditioners and lights when they are not in use and when leaving.
• Parties, events, musical groups, trios, mariachis, bands or similar are not permitted. Reunions in parking lots or camping in gardens are prohibited.
• Responsible use of water during the stay.
• Fireworks, fire guns and drugs are prohibited within the property.
• Please do not move furniture, avoid taking things out of the unit, all units have inventory and anything missing, damaged or broken thing will be charged to the guest.
• Lounge chairs, umbrellas, outdoor tables and chairs can be moved around the social area as they are arranged.

• Sleeping inside the vehicles is not allowed.

•. Razors are NOT allowed.

The cleaning service will be provided after you check out of your unit.

Please return all room keys upon checkout, to avoid a replacement key charge.

Pool rules

• The use of a swimsuit in the pool area is mandatory.
• Glassware and glass containers are prohibited at the swimming pool and in the palapa area.
• All children under 14 must be with an adult. For your children's safety, use floatation devices. Please supervise toddlers when wearing swim diapers.
• Pets are not permitted in the pool area.
• Throwing furniture or trash into the pool is prohibited.


ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I have read and understand these rules and regulations; I acknowledge that breaking these rules may cause the loss of any remaining time in the rental unit and the loss of my payment. I take full responsibility for any and all damage I or any of my guests may cause during my occupancy.

FORCE MAJEURE:
Casago cannot be responsible for lack of electricity due to power outages, whether they are or not caused by storms, the electrical company (CFE) issues or by any other means out of our control. Nor can we be held responsible for water shortages due to the lack of water in the town of San Carlos. We cannot be responsible for weather, acts of nature, and/or other acts of mankind that may impede or otherwise impact your vacation or holiday. Therefore, there will be no refunds. There is a curfew for loud music and TV volume, after 10:00 pm must be moderated so as not to disturb other residents.
