There are 3 beautifully designed bedrooms in this home. Downstairs, you'll find the master bedroom, equipped with a king bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms; one with a queen bed & the other with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total). Each bedroom has its own smart TV.

There are two full bathrooms in this home. The downstairs bathroom has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, & soaking tub, all of which is accessible directly from the master bedroom or from the hallway. The upstairs bathroom is shared by the two remaining bedrooms, and has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is open & bright, with new stainless steel appliances a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

"Pool heating fee: $100 per reservation, set to 85F (The pool is only available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend)

Pet Fee: $50 fee per pet, per night, maximum of 5 pets (vaccination records required).

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal."
