The Space:

Modern, comfortable, and only a four-block stroll from the gorgeous ocean beach, this home brings a sense of ease and relaxation to any Seaside getaway. Spend long summer days building sandcastles, boogie boarding in the crashing ocean waves, and basking in the beauty of the Northern Oregon Coast.



This two-story home enjoys an eminently walkable location, four blocks east of the beach and the oceanfront Seaside Promenade. Head north for four blocks and you'll be in the heart of downtown, where an array of shops, restaurants, and sources of entertainment line Broadway. There's so much to explore nearby, including the Seaside Aquarium (half a mile), the Seaside Golf Course (one mile), the Tillamook Head Trail (two miles), and Cannon Beach (nine miles).



The house was designed and outfitted for beach-goers, offering everything from beach chairs, towels, mats, and sand toys to a convenient beach wagon to load them all into. Upon your return each afternoon, you can toss the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer and soak up a few more rays of sunshine in the spacious, fenced backyard.



The interior is bright and polished, with an open, modern kitchen sitting at the heart of the home. Cook with ease using stainless steel appliances (including a gas range and a French-door fridge), gather for family meals and board games at the dining room table, and stream your favorite movies in the living room after dinner. At night, all three bedrooms are upstairs, including a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a dedicated desk workspace.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
