This was a perfect spot for our family of 4. The place was well stocked and spacious. Everything was clean and the view was incredible. This unit was a little worn. The bathroom door would not close and there was some staining on furniture and carpet, but nothing that was detrimental to our stay. Would not have been comfortable sharing this place with friends due to the bathroom door, but otherwise it was great.

Location is wonderful, and we enjoyed hearing the sea lions in the bay, walking west to have a cozy breakfast at The Coffee House and beautiful sunsets. Unit is charming but some attention to the pocket door to the bathroom that comes off track every time it's used would help. Beds are both double, not queen sized. Checkout is at 10am (different than 11am on Embarcadero website).

This location was all we hoped it would be…glass, deck, and perfect view of the marina. With two separate bedrooms and a full bath, plus a reasonably well-stocked kitchen, it made a very good spot for our almost week-long stay. That said, it could use some spiffing up. It has older kitchen and bath decor and fixtures, the floor is a bit uneven, and there are many stains on the living room carpet. We were very happy there!

Exceptional view of Yaquina Bay, the bridge, and the boat traffic. Super easy walk to and along the bayfront. We were disappointed that Embarcadero restaurant served only dinner and not breakfast. Yet, we did find an awesome cafe along the bayfront. The Embarcadero resort needs to work on some exterior lighting issues. Room access was very easy. Communication with the VRBO was excellent, responsive, and prompt. There were a couple of room issues that we notified VRBO about. Otherwise, the space was exceptional, comfortable, and I definitely would stay there again.

Don't let 2 stars deter you from this place. The management has been responsive and stated they are taking care of the problems. There was mold and cobwebs in a closet The makeshift folding door to the bathroom allows anyone who wants peek through the crack to see the toilet and anyone undressing. If the pocket door had been repaired this would not have been an issue.The stained carpets should have been cleaned or replaced. Read previous comments. These issues still existed upon our arrival. That being said, this place has a great view and excellent location. The management texted me directly about my concerns several times. They assured me they would make the property safe, private and clean after I sent them photos of the mold and privacy issues. If they follow through we would definitely go there again.

Overall, not bad. A bit shabby or rather worse for the wear. There were a lot of cobwebs and the bathroom had lint or something on the walls. The electrical situation caused a bit of confusion as the light switches and outlets didn’t function as expected. The set of bathroom doors left something to be desired. The first door is actually just a closet door that gets caught on the floor as you try to close it. The inner door, that separates the toilet and tub from the sink and washer/dryer, is a pocket door that doesn’t close all the way. There is a large diagonal vertical slit where the bottom half of the door doesn’t meet the wall. Finally, the wall behind the washer only goes three quarters of the way to the ceiling. On the other side of this 3/4 wall is the back of the bedroom closet. If you’re not doing laundry, then you’re golden. If you are, try to do it during the day when nobody is trying to sleep.

Sand in one bed, cereal on the couch when we arrived. Condo was very cold with the heat source being small space heaters. Disappointed to have a condo for 4 people with a pool and to only recieve 4 towels that we had to find in the dryer in the unit.
