Start your days off with a hearty family breakfast made in the fully equipped kitchen and let the dishwasher take care of cleanup. Getting cozy is easy with multiple fireplaces, a TV in every room, cable, a DVD collection for the kids, and a Blu-Ray player in the primary bedroom. We stayed with another family and had such a great time. We rode our bikes all around and felt safe and carefree. The house was very comfortable and more than big enough for two families. Can’t wait to go back!

Great location easy drive to MT Bachelor. My kids and I enjoyed our stay. Had to call property management for a small issue and it was extremely easy and dealt with promptly.

We had the best time staying in this home. It’s clean, the beds and bedding were comfy, the fireplaces and hot tub were cozy, and the kitchen is well stocked. The garage has a ping pong table (although we could not find a ball), bikes, and kids toys. We would definitely stay here again :)

Great house

Great condo, close to town, slept lots of family. Carpet is pretty stained but that made us less paranoid about spills. Hot tub is very hard to open and close unless you have a skinny tall strong person with you. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time, the home is very clean and easy to find, we used the bikes and SHARC passes. The only thing that was disappointing was that living room fireplace didn’t work. But other then that we would stay here again.

Perfect Location and Nice Place, a few improvements

This place is in a stunning community, in a perfect location. 3 Minute bike ride to the observatory, 6 minute bike ride to the SHARC and village. The unit itself is beautiful and very comfortable. Despite being a duplex, it was very private. There are some nice touches that made it comfortable and homey - a few games, toys, etc., blankets for cold morning snuggles, nightlights in the hallway, etc. The hot tub is usable but very small and not in great shape. We communicated some other minor improvement opportunities to the rental company, but in general it met all our needs and we had a wonderful stay.

The house was very nice and new. The neighborhood was pleasant yet no easy trail access. It had bikes, AC, hot tub, SHARC passes- all the amenities that we wanted. The overall experience was great but there were a few things lacking like basic kitchen supplies. Other ways to improve would be provide more games and activities.

The House was nice. It needs some major maintenance and it needs cleaned much better than it was. There was hair and dust in the drawers. Pasta broken and just look unkept. While we were there the maintenance man came and fixed the kitchen faucet so the hot and cold were correct. The TVs were logged into the owners Amazon so we heard every announcement. The first one was at 6:30 the first morning saying “a you awake. I’m coming upstairs.” Needless to say this freaked us out. We weren’t able to figure out what it was for a couple days. Very frustrating to be woken every morning in such an eerie way. Sharc didn’t stay open after September 1 even though it was beautiful outside. That was quite disappointing. The most frustrating this was that no one seemed to be able to get through to the owners to figure out why we were hearing voices. We had to figure it out on our own. We were given a small credit but the first three days of our ten day vacation were waiting for the repair man and trying figure out why we were hearing voices

Mostly loved it

I don’t recall reading that this was a townhouse. Luckily there was no one next door. I wish there was a little more outside space. The kitchen is lacking a few things. The whole house needs a deep cleaning. Check under the couch, beds, etc. or better yet, don’t. The pilot light wouldn’t stay lit on the downstairs fireplace. I definitely should be fixed. That said, the house is pretty great. The beds are comfy. The hot tub cover takes some careful teamwork to get it closed. I’d still stay here again though. Way more positives than negatives.

Lovely Northwest cabin style, private and quiet location

This is a very nice property, quiet and private. Very nice patio and kitchen, could use a few higher quality pots and pans for those of us who want to cook occasionally. Gas fireplace in the living room didn't work, one of the Sunriver employees tried to start it, but wasn't able to fix it. He did take the information to get an outside repairman in, so I expect it will be fixed. We loved the gas fireplace in the master bedroom. We had a lovely time at this property.

Overall a great experience

The home is much more beautiful in person with the high ceilings, beams, and river rock fireplace. The couch and ottoman were super comfy for relaxing and playing board games. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and even had some spices and oil stocked so we didn’t need to go buy any. The not so great: the AC was covered when we got there, and the upstairs was pretty warm in the evening when my toddler went to bed. We didn’t realize it was covered so we thought it wasn’t working. Turns out it works, but they didn’t take the cover off. Master screen door was broken and the porch wasn’t really clean or nice to hang out on. Master shower pull was broken and fell off a few times. Master bed was soft and saggy and not comfortable for my former bed taste. some people might like it though. Water heater was turned up too high and I nearly burned myself a few times. Shower in the Second bathroom upstairs didn’t drain well. It wasn’t perfect, but we enjoyed our time!

Good location

Great location with plenty of room for our small family. However from the listing, it was not clear that this was a multi-unit property. Outdoor space was nice for us, but may not be adequate for active children. While we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay, some opportunities for improvement exist. Some repairs, especially the primary bedroom balcony screen are needed. Burnt out light bulb replacement, bike maintenance, and cleaning of blinds and outdoor space were all overlooked. Be sure to bring adequate household supplies, e.g. only two dishwasher soap pods were provided for a four night stay.

Family getaway in Sunriver

This property was an excellent choice for for a family getaway. The walk in closet served as a great bedroom for my 14 month old. The 3 bedrooms were very quiet, letting people sleep in after the baby woke up. The baby gate did not fit the stairs because of the baseboard. There is an old stroller at the property but you'll probably be more comfortable to bring your stroller from home. Note - there is an shockingly high Owner Fee with this property. I didn't notice until after I booked.
