Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
Overall we had a great stay. The house could have been a bit cleaner, found a dead moth on the kitchen counter and we had to sweep the deck and outdoor table and chairs off ourselves. Without our knowledge we did not have access to the garage, leaving us no where to store our bikes.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with us, Katherine. It’s wonderful to hear that you had a great stay overall. We’re sorry to learn about the cleanliness issues you encountered, including the dead moth and the need to tidy up the outdoor space. That’s not the level of care we strive for, and we’ll be addressing this with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Regarding the garage access, we understand how important it is to have a secure place for your bikes, and we apologize for any confusion. We want every detail of your stay to be as comfortable as possible. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future.

When we left we found both garbage cans completely full, so we had to leave our trash on the kitchen counter. There were no kitchen trash bags. It would be nice if the garage was available to the guests. Blocking access is kind of tacky.

We apologize for the issues with the trash. Pick up is twice a week by the garbage company. It should have been picked up on the day of arrival.

Perfect family house

The house was perfect! We had family who have been in Sunriver many times visit and say it’s the nicest house they’ve seen there. Great location, loved the SHARC passes, ping pong table and hot tub. The deck was perfect for enjoying meals, a drink and star gazing.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay there. The house was clean, the beds were very comfy and the hot tub was relaxing after biking around the village. But the kitchen and the dining chairs could be updated. Hardly noticed the trains when we’re inside.

Trying something new

Check in was super easy. We received a text to go ahead and check in early which was wonderful. We were traveling with small children and had been in the car all day. We were able to check in 2 hours early and go down to SHARC and swim. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy meals together

Last summer hurrah.

Log cabin feel, plenty of space for everyone, kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils, lovely fireplace, BBQ in working order, master bedroom was separate from other rooms. Bedroom #2 had its own bathroom and kitchen set up was nice with island and countertops with stools for casual meals.

Great family vacation

We had a great time, house is well equipped with towels and kitchen gadgets. Could have some more seasonings and other cooking basics. Hot tub was not heating properly so couldn’t really enjoy it that much. Other than that we had a good time.

We are sorry to see you were struggling with the hot tub and wish you had called. We have a contractor that maintains it regularly that would have been happy to help. Thanks!

Family Fun

Our stay at this vacation rental had its highs and lows, but there were several standout features that made our experience enjoyable. The house itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable base for our vacation. We appreciated the two driveway parking spots and the convenient BBQ on the back deck, perfect for outdoor meals in the evenings. The highlight of our stay was the access to the SHARC Pool, with six passes included along with supplied pool towels. This amenity was a hit with the kids and provided hours of fun and relaxation. Despite the unexpected early summer heat wave and occasional train noise from nearby tracks, which disrupted our sleep at times, we found the overall experience positive. While the house lacked air conditioning, the fans provided in each bedroom helped keep us comfortable during the warm nights. Additionally, although there was a hot tub, the weather was too warm for us to use it. The ability to log into our own Netflix account for evening entertainment was a nice touch, and the Ring security cameras in front offered a sense of security while turned off in the back yard for privacy. While there were some minor inconveniences, such as the lack of AC and occasional noise, the clean accommodations, excellent pool access, and thoughtful amenities like driveway parking and Netflix access made our stay memorable. Families looking for a well-equipped rental with access to recreational activities will find this property appealing.
