3 Lake Cottages, Waterfront for 25 Guests

Gorgeous property features 3 socially distant cottages with full access to 100-foot lakefront, large play area, dock, swimming raft and kayaks. Each cottage -- Lakefront, Lakeview and Maplecrest -- has own kitchen, dining room, outdoor grill, picnic table and fire pit. All guests have access to community room with seating and tables for 50, also doubles as rec room with ping-pong table and arts and crafts for kids. Downstairs in the lakefront cottage is a community room, with a ping-pong table, toys, games, a washer and dryer and half-bathroom. The space can also be used for meetings, parties and seminars. There will always be a property manager -- such as myself or a family member -- on the premises to answer any questions and resolve any issues. The Bantam/Litchfield area has a rich history dating to colonial days. The nation's first law school was located in Litchfield. The neighborhood features several highly acclaimed restaurants, artisan bakeries and what some guests say is the best ice cream they have ever tasted, produced by local cows. We have room for 12 vehicles in parking lot. A car is necessary to get around, although the towns of Bantam and Litchfield are very close and have plenty of restaurants, shopping venues.
