Beschreibung des Hauses:
Die äußerst ansprechende, nach Westen ausgerichtete Villa Sunset Garden ist modern und hochwertig möbliert und ist top ausgestattet - es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Alle Zimmer sind sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Liebe zum Detail kommt auch insbesondere bei der Deko zum Vorschein. Ein Top Preis-Leistungs-Wohlfühl-Verhältnis.

Das luxuriös großzügige 250 qm Ferienhaus hat 4 Schlafzimmer (1 Queen-size, 2 King-size und 2 Einzelbetten), 2,5 Bäder, ein großes offenes Wohnzimmer mit Pool direkt am Kanal. Sollten sie mal Lust auf eine Runde Billard haben, gibt es in einem separaten Raum einen Billardtisch.

Das Wohnzimmer mit den bequemen Sofas und Couch hat einen großen Flachbild-TV mit modernen Surround System und optisch ansprechendem Back-Light Effekt, welche zum gemütlichen Zusammensein einladen.

Bei der großen und offenen Küche wurde auf Details Wert gelegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen - vom Panini Toaster bis hin zur Kapsel-Kaffee-Maschine - es ist alles vorhanden. Es macht einfach Spaß sich hier aufzuhalten, mit Blick über die große Pool-Terrasse auf den Kanal. Mit etwas Glück schwimmt mal ein Manatee den Kanal entlang.

Die Schlafzimmer sind allesamt äußerst geschmackvoll, hochwertig und abwechslungsreich eingerichtet. Sie bieten reichlich Stauraum. 3 Schlafzimmer sind mit einem Flachbild-TV ausgestattet.

Terrasse und Poolbereich sind nach Westen ausgerichtet: die bevorzugte Lage in Florida für kontinuierlichen hellen Sonneneinfall sowie unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge bei Dinner und Drinks. Beide Bereiche bieten mehr Platz als üblich und laden zum Sonnen und Relaxen ein, denn es stehen ausreichend Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist ganzjährig komfortabel nutzbar, denn es ist eine solarbetriebene/elektrische Poolheizung auch für die kühleren Wintermonate vorhanden. Zudem kann der Pool beleuchtet werden. Er ist ein milder Salzwasser-Pool ohne Chlor konzipiert, das macht das Wasser sehr angenehm, haut- und augenschonend . Eine Außendusche auf der Terrasse ist vorhanden, ebenso ein Barbecue-Grill. Ideal, um frischen Fisch, Fleisch und Gemüse zu grillen, welche man in Cape Coral in bester Qualität erstehen kann.

Das äußerst geräumige Masterbad vermittelt mit zwei getrennten Waschtischen, vielen praktischen Ablagemöglichkeiten, einer freistehenden Badewanne mit Jet-Düsen sowie einer geräumigen und raffinierten Walk-In Dusche ein großzügiges Raumgefühl.

Die Villa ist auch für Allergiker geeignet, da alle Räume ansprechend gefliest wurden.

Lage:
Trotz der äußerst ruhigen Wohngegend hat die Villa eine tolle zentrale Anbindung: Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte und vieles mehr sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sie haben ein schnelle Anbindung an alle wichtigen Ausfallstraßen nach Fort Myers (z.B. für Malls, Airport) oder zu den Traum-Stränden, zB Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel und Captiva.

Da Sie vom Kanal direkten Golf-of-Mexico, also Meer-Zugang haben, empfehlen wir eine Bootsanmietung. In Florida ist kein Bootsführerschein nötig und das angemietete Boot kann direkt an dem hauseigenen Bootsdock festgemacht werden, um z.B. die Strände um Sanibel und Captiva anzusteuern. Viele Meeresbewohner werden ihren Weg kreuzen, Delphine sehen sie bei jeder Ausfahrt. Optional können Sie ein neuwertiges, gepflegtes und sportliches Yamaha Motor-Boot vergünstigt über den Hauseigentümer angemietet werden (siehe Bootsfotos). Es wird immer direkt an das hauseigene Bootsdock angeliefert, auf Wunsch Einweisung durch den Boots-Vermieter. Fragen Sie den Hausverwalter gerne bei der Hausbuchung oder auch erst danach, inwieweit das Boot zur gewünschten Zeit verfügbar ist.

We had a wonderful stay. The house exceeded expectations! Very clean, easy check in - easy check out, the dock was beautiful every night and we even saw a stingray along with a lot of other wildlife. Pool area was clean and private. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Well stocked kitchen and a lot of beach necessities in the garage. Nice neighborhood for walks or bike rides and close proximity to activities and restaurants. Overall this stay was incredible and we can’t thank Ingrid enough for allowing us to stay!

Christmas Vacation 2024

The house was gorgeous. The pool was warm and amazing. The canal was full of wildlife....even had a manatee visit us. We stayed for a week. There were plenty of places to eat, things to do, or if we wanted, just hangout at the house and enjoy.

Grad trip

We rented this house for our daughter's graduation trip. From arrival to departure, everything was seamless. Ingrid, the host had the lights and music going, and cold drinks waiting when we arrived. The house was clean, and plenty of everything available. We enjoyed sunsets around the pool, listening to the birds and watching the manatees in the morning, and the storms from the Lanai were incredible!! We'd definitely recommend.

Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We stayed from July 6-14, 2024. Our first few days were a bit rough due to VERY loud neighbors partying after midnight, but after they left a few days later, we really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well stocked and the manager was amazing in her communication and helpfulness. There were a few bumps, but nothing we couldn't get around. This is a home and with all homes sometimes things happen, but they handled it right away. This was a beautiful home. If you want to fish, just know that the fishing wasn't great, but the kids did catch a few catfish and a gar. Also, there are no dressers and that's one major thing I would suggest for the future. All in all, I would definitely recommend. It's very accommodating for large families and the kids absolutely loved the pool and pool table! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

lovely villa

This is a lovely spacious villa with modern furniture and is very comfortable. The pool was great and we spent lots of time relaxing in the pool. The villa was very clean and was great to use as a base to explore the area. There are lots of restaurants nearby but not much else. We have stayed in lots of villas in Florida over the past 20 years and this is one of the best we have stayed in. However we had some issues in obtaining our security deposit back. We are from the UK and we eventually received a cheque in the post after 5 weeks. We were unable to pay this cheque into our bank as the name was spelt incorrect. The management company deducted $40 for cleaning the BBQ which we didn't even use (or even open so I guess this wasn't cleaned before we arrived) and then extra for electricity and for transferring the deposit into their account. We had almost $130 deducted from our deposit which I was not happy about and it took 8 weeks to eventually have this payed into my bank.

Dear Victoria, first of all I am glad that you did like your stay in Villa Secret Garden. As already emailed you prior the security deposit refund check has been mailed within the time frame and I felt sorry that your last name had an "l" missing and you couldn't deposit the check but I did wire the amount right away into your account. Concerning the BBQ it was left dirty and I did send you a pic, same concerning the electric meter reading. Sent you copies of meter readings on arrival and departure. It shows exactly how much you used and you knew that higher electric charges will be deducted from the security deposit. There have been bank fees and you have been informed when making a wire transfer that all costs have to be paid by the tenant. You did also receive a copy of the bank statement. We did not charge you for the extra cleaning of removing the chewing gum from the wall (which wasn't there when you arrived) and for scratching off all the plastic parts (might have been from balloons) which could be found all over the lanai. Not as described

Nice house in a good location. The description led me to believe that this was a well equipped house. This was not the case.The dishwasher, the washing machine and coffee machine didn't work. This was partially resolved with a new coffee maker. The bedding had seen better days and there was a hole in the mattress protector. We did report these issues .appliance men were sent but couldn't fix the appliances. We did receive fresh towels and dishcloths but that was on our last night after a 10 day stay. The washing machine was particularly important with four adults and a three year old . The annoying part was that the owner was aware of these issues. Did contact the agent about the considerable inconvenience and am waiting a reply. This is not a well-equipped house with attention to detail.

Hello Rozanna, thanks for your review which is partially correct. We are sorry about the problem with the dishwasher and the washer. The house had been rented 5 days prior your arrival and the previous guests did not mention it with a word that there is a problem. It is not correct when you write the owner has been aware of the problem! Concerning the coffee maker I have to mention that the house has 2 coffee makers (drip coffee maker and Keurig machine) which is listed in the description of the house. A new drip coffee maker had been dropped off a couple hours after you reported the problem. You would have had the Keurig machine incl. capsules so you had a coffee maker for your morning coffee. The appliance guy showed up right away and tried to fix the problem. The sprayer in the dishwasher was broken and he ordered right away a new one but it did take some time to get it The washer had been repaired right away and it did work for 2 days. Appliance guy did come back and found another problem and had to order a new motherboard. I personally did drop off new towels 3 days prior your departure (and not as you stated last night) just to straighten your message. We all know that things can go wrong and are taken out of our hands. We tried everything to solve the problem right away. The house is well equipped and all our previous guests enjoyed their stay. The owner agreed to give you a credit for your inconvenience. Wishing you all a Merry Xmas.

Very nice house

We had an absolutely amazing experience during our one-month stay at this house. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by its beauty and spaciousness. Ingrid, our host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by pleasant music playing in the background, and there was even a bottle of champagne awaiting us, along with a cozy doggie bed and treats for our furry friend. Ingrid's thoughtfulness truly made us feel special. Throughout our entire visit, Ingrid proved to be an exceptional host, always prompt and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It was reassuring to know that if any issues arose, she would address them promptly and efficiently. Her attentiveness added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the fantastic pool area. We found ourselves dining there for every meal, as it provided a delightful ambiance and a great setting to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We never even felt the need to use the indoor dining room because the pool area was so inviting. Regarding the neighborhood, we found it to be pleasant and welcoming. The neighbors were friendly, and we felt a sense of community throughout our stay. It's worth noting that if you plan on bringing a boat, there is a 45-minute no-wake zone to reach the river. However, we actually appreciated this because it allowed us to take our time and enjoy both house hunting and exploring the waterways.

My first bad review

I have never left a bad review but this will be my first. I booked this house just about a year in advance. Stated i was bringing pets. At the time it was 2, but adopted a dog that was going to be put down (3) When i returned home there wasnt a message thanking me for renting from them but a bill, no damage was done by the dogs. The first day we were there the sliding glass door hinge came out of the wall (we fixed it) the toilet paper holder broke (we fixed it) i guess this is to be expected from an older house. When sitting on the couch i hit my head on a MEDAL BAR in the couch cushion. This resulted in a huge knot on the back of my head and daily headaches. We did make the best of things and had a good time. When I informed the owner what happened, there was no apology (only after i called her out did she give a half hearted apology "im sorry but" why didn’t I tell her sooner about the couch. Like calling her at midnight would have changed everything. I messaged her as soon as i got home) that wasn’t quick enough apparently. I had no intention of making this public, but the owners attitude changed my mind. The house was fine, other than the safety hazard with the couch. The owners attitude is what i had an issue with, totally uncalled for. I've never had this kind of experience when renting a house and would never rent from them again. Her only concern was with the couch not with anyones safety.She also has her neighbors spy on you and report back to her when you leave.

I've been reading this review with quite some interest and now it's my turn to straighten out all her negative impressions she left. She emailed me on December 29, a day after her departure that "Loved the place, had a great time! Will definitely provide a good review, we did have a wonderful time". and all in a sudden it changed because I charged her the pet fee :)) Booking the house she reported one dog and all in a sudden we had 3 dogs in the house (the neighbor did not spy on her he just asked how the house was left as he saw 3 dogs there). She never paid the pet fee that is listed on the website nor did she mention that there are 3 dogs in the house. Accusing me of being greedy is just ridiculous as again it's listed in the description. If she wouldn't like to pay the pet fee she should have rented another place - one could have the impressions it has been done on purpose. In the entire week she did not contact me one time about a problem in the house. All sliders have locks and hinges so you can always lock them. The bathroom has recently been remodeled got a large new vanity with mirror, toilet paper holder and towel bar (can be seen on the listed photos) - so the broken toilet paper holder has been caused by the guests, hasn't been fixed and I had to get if fixed by my handyman. The sofa is absolutely fine, I've checked it - never had a problem in the past and I've asked my last guests if they did have any and her answer has been "NO". All these negative comments in her review are absolutely not true just because I did charge her the pet fee. How does it come that the guest arriving on the same day of her departure gave a 5 star review!!!

Super Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht und mehr

Das Haus ist absolut Super , toller Pool und Terrase , die Räume sind sehr gepflegt und auf dem neusten stand , in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht . Wir haben uns mit 6 erwachsenen sehr wohl gefühlt und nach 3 Ferienhäusern in der Region ist das , das beste gewesen.

Sehr schönes Haus

Dieses Haus kann man nur empfehlen. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, worauf ich sehr großen Wert lege. Das Masterschlafzimmer ist sehr groß und auch das angrenzende Bad ist riesig. Die anderen 3 Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein etwas kleineres Bad. Aber auch diese sind sehr großzügig geschnitten. Wir hatten wunderbare 2 Wochen mit 2 Familien in dem Haus, also insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder ab 9 Jahren. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, sodass auch kochen für so viele Personen möglich war. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, die Nachbarn sieht man kaum. Ab und zu bellt mal ein Hund. Die Vermieterin spricht deutsch und kümmert sich sehr um ihre Gäste. Wir würden das jederzeit wieder machen!
