The Space:

Bring the whole family together at this roomy, comfortable, two-story home. This home is within a few miles of four of Utah's best ski resorts, 18 miles from the heart of downtown SLC, and an easy commute to Park City and Deer Valley. A short walk will bring you to a UTA bus stop for access to skiing, restaurants, ski shops, and grocery stores. Just a couple miles away, the Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center offers additional activities such as indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, fitness classes, a weight room, an indoor track, racquetball, basketball, ice skating, tennis, and pickleball for an additional fee. And closer to home, you'll find hiking trails, parks, and golf courses.



Tucked away between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, this cozy getaway, warmed by a gas fireplace, boasts plenty of desirable amenities to make this the perfect choice for large travel groups. Meals may be easily prepared in the open kitchen, with a breakfast bar and an additional counter with stools. More formal meals can be enjoyed together at the nearby dining table, the perfect place for fun, family game nights! And after days out exploring, return home to your private outdoor hot tub.

Great ski getaway

The location was convenient to all of the ski resorts that we packed into our week of vacation. Well supplied kitchen, spacious bedrooms, enough room for our two families to stretch out while spending some quality time together.

Great place for a group ski trip

The townhouse is really large and easily accommodates a big group of people. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing and the place had everything we needed. The location is right next to a stop on the UTA bus lines CS1 and CS2 with service to Snowbird and Alta which made it really convenient to get to the mountain without bothering with parking.

Perfect for us!

We had 7 adults, including one at 88 years. Property had a perfect mix of beds in rooms to fit us and our needs. Very close to our venue, so very convenient. Would definitely rent this location again!

A short drive to solitude/brighton, snowbird/Alta, and a nearby area with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and liquor. The house was cozy as described and the garage parking was extremely convenient. Hot tub was perfect for after the slopes. And the two ensuites were a bonus! Will be back!

Property was as advertised. Clean with excellent furniture, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen. Plenty of clean towels, extra towels for the hot-tub which was well maintained. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Can't get much better location between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Would certainly stay here again.

This property is very tired. The dryer door and the food processor were broken. The response was fast, but these things should have been identified before we arrived. Most of the windows could not be opened. The smaller garage door did not work. There were bugs in one of the showers off of the smaller bedroom with en-suite

Wendy, thank you for being our guest and sharing your feedback. We apologize for the areas you found needing some TLC and reported your concerns to the local manager. They assured us that they will check the dryer door and food processor and address them as needed. Additionally, the HOA was notified that the windows are a bit difficult to open and pest control was notified. The main garage door operates correctly, but the small one is inoperable, and signage will be placed. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

Had a great time hosting a guys ski trip at this crib. The house had everything we need and more than we knew. Nice but ample bedrooms, ample common space and bathroom capacity plus an outdoor patio w hot tub. The house was well stocked with the basic provisions you need in a ski rental. There was a little wear and tear - really just signs that many people had had a lot of good times - but nothing bothersome. There is also a large garage which is great for storing wet ski gear and our cars. What I was most surprised with is how well located this house it. 20 mins up the canyon and you’re at Snowbird. There is also a shuttle that picks up across the street that will take you to Alta or Snowbird for $5. With parking the way it is, and having an free wheeling group this was an incredible surprise. Finally there is real grocery store within walking distance which was great for grabbing provisions after apres ski. Honestly, I can’t think of a place that would better met our needs than this one did. Would definitely come back.

Quick stop over

We needed a quick place to spend the night before we headed to our next destination. The unit was really cute and well appointed. It is small. It’s good for 1-2 people (you can’t open the bedroom closet door because it hits the bed. The combination to the front door did not work so we could not get into the building without begging somebody to let us in. Fortunately a local came by and took mercy and then were able to get into the building. We ordered takeout from the restaurant across the street, Hamachi’s, which was easy and tasty. We had a nice stay. It was quiet, clean, and a good location. The views and the veranda are awesome.

Beautiful, Spacious Ski home with great amentities

The home is extremely inviting and much larger on the inside than the pictures make it seem. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils needed, plenty of towels to go around for the awesome hot tub and the garage is an added bonus you won’t find many places!

Accommodating stay for skiing the cottonwood canyons!

The property is the ideal location and size for a group of friends or families that want to ski big and little cottonwood canyon. Park city not far either! The place itself is spacious and comfortable and offered everything we needed, including a large attached garage and multiple bathrooms. The hot tub was acting up during our stay and the property manager was quick to address it and also provided a refund for the hot tub fee, which we appreciated since the hot tub was a primary reason we booked the place. We also had some issues in the bathroom upstairs (shower head broken, towel bar broke off wall, and tub wouldn’t drain) and they sent someone out to fix it right away the following day. Overall, great place, great location, and accommodating property managers!

The property is beautiful and convenient to the slopes and some restaurants. We were visiting family

The property was awesome. Had everything for making ourselves at home. We have a large dog and the park was a short walk away. Couldn't let her run, but the walk around the park was atleast 1/4 mile. We found nice restaurants and the Cotton Bottom bar nearby. Would definitely recommend and will consider rebooting in the future.
