The Space:

Surrounded by peaceful woodlands, this inviting Tahoe Donner cabin offers tranquil treetop views and excellent space for relaxing and entertaining. Guests enjoy access to the Tahoe Donner Trout Creek Recreation Center, featuring pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and tennis courts.



Comfortable Mountain Living

Unwind by the wood-burning stove in the cozy Great Room with a sofa, armchair, and smart TV. The spacious loft is a favorite hangout with a pool table, two seating areas, and additional sleeping options including a queen sleeper sofa and full-size futon.



Well-Equipped & Family Friendly

The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and knotty pine cabinetry. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the primary suite with an en-suite bath, a second queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. A second full bathroom is conveniently located nearby. Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, Pack ’n Play, booster seat, and Wii console are provided.



Outdoor Space & EV Charging

Enjoy fresh mountain air on the wraparound deck with lounge seating or host a cookout using the gas grill. A ground-level patio offers additional relaxation space, and an EV charger is now available in the garage for added convenience.



️ Tahoe Donner Amenities

Your stay includes six (6) Short-Term Tenant Cards (one per guest age 3+), allowing access to private amenities approximately 332 days per year. Daily access fees apply (subject to change): Ages 3–6: $10, Ages 7+: $30. Cards are not valid on select 2026 holiday dates including MLK, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the winter holiday break.

A great cabin.

The location of this cabin is on a quiet street where it ends in a hiking trail. The house was clean and had everything we needed, even a panni press--which was not expected. The beds were quite comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Great house. Very well stocked. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good location. Only minor complaint, need chalk and cue stick tips for pool table and glass wine glasses. Would definitely stay there again!

We love the upstairs family room for the kids to hang out, the large deck area with a gate, and the nearby trails. Wifi sucked but everything else was sufficient. I would stay again.

We loved this place!! Our family always has a great time when we visit Truckee but this house was spectacular!! Great location, close to trails and town. Quiet serene setting with plenty of games to play with a great loft and pool table. The kitchen is well stocked and lots of parking, very comfortable

We had a great stay. Instructions and communication made check in a breeze. Well located on a quiet dead end street. Nice outdoor access and gated wrap around deck. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend. Note: front porch light is out and could use beach towels for summer month visitors.

Snowy stay on St. Bernard

We really enjoyed our stay on St. Bernard. The cabin was perfect for the four adults plus two dogs, though there was plenty of room for more people. Tahoe Donner is very convenient to options for downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, etc. The cabin was one of the nicer we've stayed in - everything was in good shape. The location on a dead end street made it more easy to take the dogs outside.

Amazing house

Although the wifi didn't work, even after unplugging it and restarting it, the over all stay was still amazing. Very quiet neighborhood and the house was vey clean and comfortable. Wish I could have stayed longer. I would def be back!!

The house was nice

The house was very nice but there was hair on the pillow in the upstairs bedrooms the upstairs shower was clogged but stills remain clogged but everything was nice house was nice and seems family friendly the neighborhood was soo peace full my only wish is that the house should have curtains for privacy and maybe locks on all the bathrooms

Nice accommodations

We enjoyed our stay. House is as described. We had hoped for an early check in (2 hours) to drop our stuff off and head over to North Shore for dinner but they wouldn’t allow it, even though it wasn’t occupied (we drove by and no one was there) and they advertise will let you check in early if possible. Other than that we liked the house and would return.

This is a wonderful pace to stay. Worked well for our party of 2 families. Master ensuite downstairs on the main floor with a second full bath. Upstairs loft area has a bedroom for the parents and a bedroom for the kids along with a full bathroom made it a private space for them. Great to have the pool table for extra entertainment. The property is in a beautiful setting in the mountains. The home is very clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here.

PROPERTY GREAT/MANAGEMENT AWFUL & UNRESPONSIVE

The property was lovely- clean, tastefully decorated, well appointed, great lay-out for our group. Loved the covered front porch and pool table/games upstairs for my grandchildren. Big problem with internet and cable however- they were both non-existent. We could not get any local TV stations (it was mentioned in the listing that there was cable) nor could we get the internet to work longer than a moment or two. We had no TV or internet the whole week and without internet we could not stream anything either. Tried reaching VACASA 4 days in a row- to speak with the local rep to get help through online SMS on Monday, phone rep on Tuesday and Wednesday and finally getting a call back Wednesday afternoon from "Anthony" the local rep. He said he would go over to the property in the next 10-15 minutes to try to fix the cable/internet problem. I gave him permission to go inside since we were not there and he agreed to get back to me with report after he was done,. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. I left 2 voicemails Wednesday and when I tried to reach him again Thursday morning, his phone had a recorded message that his voicemail had not been set up. This was totally unacceptable and horrible and caused me anxiety and stress that I did not need or want on my vacation. Left a day early- just got totally fed up. House was great- "support" non-existant.

Beautiful house, wonderful location!

Beautiful setting, nice amenities, close to everything. Easy access to the freeway and downtown Truckee, but in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Well-appointed and beautiful home.
