You also have miles and miles of snowmobile trails off the home's backyard. With nearby lifts, casinos, and restaurants, you have everything you need for your next getaway.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, ants, spiders and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Tahoe House, including all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, the well-equipped kitchen, and the living area with a 75-inch TV. Enjoy the convenience of a private washer and dryer. Free parking is available on the premises. Please note that the fireplace is currently not operational.

Getting around Tahoe House is easy. Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience. For those arriving by air, the Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is approximately 60 miles away, offering various transportation options including rental cars and ride-sharing services. While public transportation within South Lake Tahoe is available, it's limited, and a car is recommended to explore the area fully. The property's central location provides convenient access to major roads, making it simple to reach local attractions, Heavenly Mountain Resort, and the stunning shores of Lake Tahoe.

Please note that check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Free parking is provided on the premises. The property has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. The fireplace is currently not operational. We are pet-friendly, and charges may apply. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be aware that Tahoe is a natural environment, and you may encounter local wildlife. The minimum age for guests is 25.
