Though summer will be the time for boating, fishing, swimming, and tanning on the warm sand, winter will bring fresh powder that will be calling the skiers of the group. There is no need to worry about a long commute to the slopes, as Heavenly Mountain Resort is just two miles away.



Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
