The entire apartment is yours to enjoy during your stay.
You will receive a unique access code assigned only to you and the guests listed on your reservation. Access is valid from check-in at 4:00 PM (local time) until check-out at 11:00 AM (local time) and remains active 24/7 throughout your stay.
Access is automatically removed at check-out time. If you are running late, please communicate with us in advance. A 30-minute grace period may be honored with prior notice to help avoid a lockout or late checkout penalties.
Guests also have access to approved community amenities during their stay, subject to building rules and availability.
Upon reservation confirmation, you will receive detailed instructions covering arrival, access, safety, and important property information.
All communication is handled exclusively through the Airbnb message center and only with the account that made the reservation. This ensures accurate, documented support throughout your stay.
While there is no on-site staff available 24/7, our guest services team works 24/7 to monitor messages closely and will respond as quickly as possible if any issues arise. Self check-in is available for a smooth and convenient arrival.
This is a privately managed apartment located within a residential building.
• Building amenities such as the pool, fitness center, and other shared spaces are controlled by the property management and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or building policies.
• Parking availability may vary depending on building capacity. We do not guarantee a specific parking space.
• Internet service is provided through a third-party provider. While outages are rare, service interruptions may occasionally occur outside of our control.
• The apartment is located in a residential community. Normal city and building noise may occasionally be heard.
• For safety and security, local guests or reservations made by residents within the immediate area may require additional verification before approval.
• Commercial filming, events, parties, or gatherings are not permitted.
Early Check-In
Early check-in may be available depending on existing reservations and cleaning schedules. Please request at least 24 hours in advance through the messaging app. If approved, early check-in fees range from $40–$100 depending on the time requested.
Late Check-Out Policy
Late check-outs must be approved in advance. Unapproved late check-outs incur a fee of $75 for every 30 minutes past 11:00 AM. Guests remaining beyond two hours will be charged the full daily rate. Cleaning schedules are based on standard check-in and check-out times or pre-approved adjustments.
Access & Quiet Hours
Check-in is available anytime after the standard check-in time on your arrival day. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on departure day, after which access will be removed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Guest Count
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted. Unauthorized guests or visitors will incur a charge of $50 per night per person, including temporary visitors.
Damages & Reporting
Each unit is photographed after every cleaning. Any damage discovered upon arrival must be reported within the first 24 hours to avoid liability.
On-Site Property Office
Please do not contact the on-site property office. You are staying under a private corporate lease and must communicate exclusively with our team. Contacting property staff may be considered a lease violation and could result in eviction without refund.
Furniture, Fixtures & Appliances
Any damage caused by misuse or accidental breakage requiring repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.
Mail & Packages
USPS mail service is not supported. Packages delivered via Amazon, UPS, or FedEx are at the guest’s own risk. We are not responsible for lost or damaged deliveries. For secure mail, we recommend using a UPS Store or USPS temporary mailbox.
Children & Safety
The home is not childproofed. While families are welcome, guests are responsible for supervising children at all times due to delicate furnishings, balconies, stairs, and open walkways.
Smoking Policy
This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping of any substance is prohibited inside the home and common areas. Violations incur a $250 fee, plus $25 per cigarette butt found. Smoking is permitted only on public sidewalks or designated parking areas.
Pets
Pets are not allowed without prior written approval.

Maximum Occupancy
Each unit has a strict maximum occupancy per fire code regulations. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Open Flames
Candles, incense, and open flames are not permitted. Any damage caused will be charged.
Filming & Photography
Professional filming or photoshoots require advance written approval. Unauthorized activity may result in eviction without refund.
Third-Party Bookings
Bookings must be made by and occupied by the person who reserved the stay. Unauthorized third-party bookings may be canceled without refund.
Security Devices
For guest safety, the property includes exterior doorbell cameras, a security panel, and fire/smoke/carbon monoxide/noise sensors.
Do not tamper with or disable any security devices. Each violation incurs a $250 fee and may result in reservation cancellation without refund.
Dyeing & Art Activities
Hair dyeing, fabric dyeing, painting, crafting, or messy projects are not permitted. Violations incur a $250 fine.
Furniture Arrangement
Furniture must not be moved or rearranged for safety and liability reasons.
Liability
Guests assume responsibility for their own safety. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or vehicle damage on the premises.
Parking – Secured & Unsecured
Vehicles must be registered as instructed. Failure to register may result in towing at the guest’s expense.

House Rule Compliance
Failure to comply with house rules may result in additional charges, including a $45 compliance fee after check-out.
Refresh Cleaning

Lost or Damaged Remotes
TV remote replacements incur a $50 fee.
Forgotten Items
Items left behind must be reported within 24 hours of departure. A $75 handling fee plus shipping costs apply. Unclaimed items are donated or discarded after 48 hours.
Cleaning Fee Scope
The cleaning fee covers standard turnover cleaning only. Excessive mess, deep cleaning, smoke remediation, or damage will incur additional charges.
Live Plants & Trees
Live plants, including Christmas trees, are not permitted due to allergen concerns.
Community Amenities
Community amenities are managed by the property and subject to availability. No refunds are issued for closures. Only registered guests may use these facilities.
Local Guest Restriction
Reservations are not accepted from guests whose primary residence is within 50 miles of the property.
Final Charges & Refunds
All refunds, discounts, and additional charges are assessed within 24 hours after check-out following inspection.
