Come for the serenity, stay for all the adventures! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.75-bath Presidential-style retreat offers 1,884 sq ft of comfort, mountain charm, and room to relax.

If this occurs, you may be required to relocate to a different unit during your stay. Presidential Reserve Benefits only apply to Presidential Reserve unit located in the Owls II building. Presidential units located Owls I buildings do not receive Presidential Reserve benefits.

The ski season runs from November through April, subject to weather and trail conditions.



Access to the Community Center located in your condominium association are available at no charge. You may ONLY access the Community Center you are lodged in. Community Centers are not available at all associations.



Many facilities and amenities are available seasonally- inquire with resort to check availability.

The surrounding terrain at Smugglers' Notch includes unpaved roads and walkways. Most buildings are on the slope or hillside with no elevators and may require multiple flights of stairs.



During hurricane season (May to end of November), the glass enclosing the indoor pool is taken down. The indoor pools are heated in the Fall and early Winter.

Getting Around:

On-site shuttle service to resort amenities runs daily from 8 a.m. to 11:15 p.m. in the winter and summer seasons. Shuttle services are not available during the Spring and Fall seasons

A mountain shuttle dedicated to transporting skiers and riders from The Welcome Sign in the Village to the upper mountain is offered daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the winter season.



Walking Directions: The Family Table → Welcome Center (Village Center)

Start at The Family Table (located near the Village Green or next to the Ben & Jerry’s cart).

Head south along the main village pathway—look for signage pointing toward "Welcome Center" or "Guest Services."

Walk past the Country Store and Ben & Jerry’s, keeping those on your right.

Continue straight for about 2–3 minutes.

The Welcome Center is the large building on your left with Wyndham signage and parking in front.

Other Things to Note:

You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests.

Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund. A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at checkout, provided no damage has occurred. The primary guest checking in must be 21+ years old.

No shows and early departures will NOT receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.

Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, units are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability

You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the unit. Keys are key cards and bracelets.

If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.



Interaction with Guests:

For onsite activities, there is a requirement and extra cost of a Staycation or Smugglers Pass of $89 (varies)per day for Adults and $69 (varies) per day for children. However if you book a Deluxe room, each of those unit types have their own community pool that you have access to for no extra costs. A resort fee will be applied at check-in to all guest of owner reservations. Prices vary by suite size. Please contact the resort for additional information. 1 Bedroom Suite types fee is $47. 2 Bedroom Suite types and larger fee is $57. (prices subject to change with no notice)
