Locking the doors and windows anytime you leave the house is essential. Also, do turn off the taps and bulb when not in use.
To prevent possible blockages, please do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats, or feminine hygiene items in the WC, sinks, or shower tray.
To maintain the integrity of the home, if booking for longer than 3 weeks, bi-weekly/midstay cleaning(s) may be required and paid for by the guest. This will be scheduled and communicated via the app.
Using coasters on any wooden surface is required. A lot of the pieces are antique, please help us protect them.
This is a peaceful area, any activities that blatantly disturb or disrespect the neighbors or community are strictly prohibited.
