Bournecoast are thrilled to present this exceptional, contemporary three double bedroom semi-detached home, ideally located in a highly sought-after area just a short walk from the Southbourne cliff top and beaches below. This beautifully designed property offers the perfect setting to relax and unwind, featuring a stylish balcony which invites you to soak in the stunning coastal scenery. The home also benefits from two modern shower rooms, ground floor bedrooms, a private courtyard garden and convenient off-road parking on the private driveway. Just a gentle stroll away, the nearby zig-zag path leads directly down to the award-winning golden sands of Southbourne Beach. The popular Southbourne Grove is also just a short walk away offering a wide range shopping facilities and eateries. With its modern design and vibrant coastal charm, this impressive home provides a truly luxurious and memorable seaside escape.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This stylish family home offers three bedrooms. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and features Twin Beds, along with bi-fold doors opening onto the courtyard garden. Also on the ground floor, the second bedroom is furnished with a Double Bed. The Master Bedroom occupies the second floor and includes a King Size Bed, as well as a contemporary en-suite shower room with toilet.
On the first floor you will find the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which boasts SEA VIEWS and features bifold doors that lead to a balcony also offering breath taking SEA VIEWS, a perfect setting for morning coffee or evening drinks. The lounge area includes a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).
The modern kitchen area is equipped with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - WINE COOLER. On the ground floor there is an understairs cupboard that houses the WASHING MACHINE and TUMBLE DRYER.
On the ground floor is a modern shower room with a toilet which services both ground floor bedrooms.
There is a secluded courtyard garden with a table and chairs for guests to enjoy some additional outdoor space.
This accommodation offers off road parking for two cars in the driveway.

Southbourne is a charming coastal suburb situated on the eastern side of Bournemouth, perfectly positioned between the vibrant seafront of Bournemouth and the historic town of Christchurch. The award-winning Southbourne beach is easily accessed via the Gordon zigzag path or the Fishermans Walk slope, where you will also discover the Victorian funicular cliff lift.
