The Space:

Completely remodeled ranch style house set back down a long driveway on a large private lot. Homes to either side are far apart and there are no homes in the back providing a spacious open view. Hardwood floors throughout and large comfortable beds and pillows offer a wonderful and quiet night sleep for all!



Guest Access:

The guest will receive a 4 digit access code approximately 1 hour before standard check in time.

There are low graduating steps to access the front entrance and only two steps via the back door entrance.

Laundy - The washer and dryer is in the basement as well as the child high chair. Please do not touch any other belongings.

There is ample private parking in our very long driveway. You have access to the entire house except for the following:

-No garage access

-No access to locked doors or closets

-No access to fireplace



The Neighborhood:

We are in a quiet Neighborhood with a large amount of space between neighbors. Wide open spaces describe the property surrounding this home. This secluded charming ranch house is off the beaten path but still close to shopping, grocery store, restaurants and anything else you may need. Its the perfect blend of Treat yourself to extra privacy and a spacious country experience. Relax outside on the back patio or in the multiple spacious living rooms and enjoy the wide open view with big picture windows all around. Prepare meals for large or small groups in the full service galley style kitchen with high end appliances and gourmet cookware. This beauty will be in high demand so book soon!



Getting Around:

Your home is just down the road from a Jewel/ Osco, as well as numerous restaurants and shops. Getting around is easy with quick access to major roads such as Route 59, Route 56, Route 38, and Interstate 88.

If you need extra supplies please plan to pick up any extra items needed items needed during your stay.

We provide a starter pack with the following items:

- one roll of paper towels

- one extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom

- two extra garbage bags

- two dish washer pods

- laundry soap

- some coffee and/or a few k-cups



Please remember that you will be staying in a privately owned house, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our home with respect. If any problems that arise, we will do our best to attend to these situations ASAP!

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of the building is monitored 24/7 by recording security cameras covering the front and back of the and the driveway.

We provide parking for up to 4 cars. Please do not park in the grass.

The maximum house capacity is 14 people. Unauthorized parties, guests, and events are house rule violations and will result in fines / fees and immediate cancellation of booking without refund. We value the safety and security of all our guests.



Please be aware, that as the seasons change, we get the occasional bug. We do have professional pest service which sprays regularly around the house. If you happen to see them, we can came out and spray or call our service and have them come out. That said, we will not be giving refunds for something we cannot 100% prevent.



Thermostat settings. We generally keep the temp set at 71-72 degrees. It is an older home and not as well insulated as modern construction. Setting it too low will ice up the condenser and cause the AC to fail. We have ceiling fans and floor fans to assist with comfort. Please let us know if you have any questions about this.



PET RULES:

We have a $75 pet fee. If we have to clean up after your pet we will charge additional. This includes service animals as well.

We must be notified if you have animals, even if they are service animals. Animals must not be left unattended unless they are crated. They cannot be left loose alone in the house.

Note: You must be 21 or older to book. All adults must provide a photo of your D.L. or State ID upon request.



CHECKOUT:

- Place used towels on bathroom floor

- Kindly scrape off food from plates, place in dish washer and start it.

- Gather trash and place in outside bins.

- Turn off all lights, fans and tv's.

- Lock entry doors on your way out. Thank you.



Interaction with Guests:

Keyless door access will be provided shortly before check-in time

We respect our guests privacy and will be available via messaging app and by phone if needed.
