Ideal for families or groups, this retreat accommodates up to 16 guests, between the main cottage and a secondary cabin, combining modern design elements with the warmth and coziness of cottage country. The two separate units are approximately 40 ft apart, which is ideal for intergenerational rentals. The main cottage features five thoughtfully designed bedrooms: two kings, two queens, and 2x twin XL/twin XL bunkbeds room, along with three full bathrooms and a half bath. All pillows, blankets, linens, and towels are provided. The secondary cabin adds flexibility with a king and twin XL/twin XL bunkbed, perfect for teens or extra guests. Inside, the bright, open-concept living spaces feature modern finishes, a wood-burning fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with dual fridges/freezers, double oven, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, blender, and stand mixer. Three SMART TVs, board games, cards, books, and a gaming console ensure entertainment for everyone. Comfort is guaranteed year-round with central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a heat pump system, and an automatic generator.



Step outside to enjoy a screened Muskoka-style room with additional fireplace, a patio with dining table and loungers, dual propane BBQ, and a fire pit with 12 Muskoka chairs. A hammock, lawn games, and a private dock (8ft depth) complete the outdoor experience, while four kayaks, two canoes, and adult lifejackets make water adventures easy. Cole Lake is private—there’s no public boat launch or marina located on the lake to preserve the tranquil dock and paddling experience of Cole Lake—and the water is potable.

The town has a lively waterfront with shops, cafés, and scenic spots to enjoy the view. Families often enjoy cruising the bay or visiting nearby beaches for swimming and picnics.
