This condo sits right in the heart of the Sun Valley Resort—arguably one of the best locations in the entire valley—and it lets your trip unfold naturally. No planning. No driving back and forth. Just step outside and you're already where you want to be.

Inside, the space is open, comfortable, and easy to settle into. After a full day outside, the living room becomes the place everyone gravitates toward—fire going, something on the TV, maybe a game going at the table, and the kind of relaxed energy that only happens on vacation.

The kitchen is fully stocked for real use—morning breakfasts before heading out, quick lunches in between activities, or an easy dinner at home after a long day. The dining area sits just off the living space, making it easy to gather, eat, and linger a little longer than planned.

The layout works especially well for families or small groups. One bedroom is set up as a flexible sleeping space with a full bed, a twin, and a set of twin bunks—plus its own private deck and ensuite bathroom. It's the room where kids claim their spots, bags get dropped, and laughter tends to stick around a little longer.

The primary bedroom offers a quieter retreat, with a king bed, smart TV, and its own ensuite—an easy place to recharge before the next day begins.

Step out onto the second deck and you're looking over the tennis courts with mountain scenery all around you. It's the kind of place you'll start your morning or wind down your evening without thinking twice about it.

And starting June 1, 2026, your stay includes the Sun Valley amenity pass for up to five guests—opening access to the Sun Valley Inn pool, Olympic pool, preferred golf rates, and discounts on tennis, pickleball, trail rides, and more. It's everything that makes Sun Valley feel like a resort town, built right into your stay.

A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your booking. Additionally, a 6% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
