The space
Perched atop a sprawling twenty-acre avocado orchard, our guest house cottage is a small space that boasts sweeping panoramic vistas of the picturesque hills and valleys. Step onto the back deck, where tranquility surrounds you. Lounge in the front patio area, gathered around the fire table beneath the twinkling night sky, or relish a barbecue soirée with loved ones at the outdoor dining area on the back deck, accommodating up to four guests. With convenient access to I-15, your journey to relaxation and rejuvenation begins effortlessly.

The entire house and surrounding areas are for your exclusive use during your stay.

Other things to note
We are located in a farming area of Escondido and our property is tucked away at the far end of this rural residential area. We have about 15 different wineries within about a 10-mile radius of us, they are mostly in the town of Fallbrook, which we are adjacent to on the north side.

The beautiful stylishly built private and secluded Lilac Cottage overlooks a twenty-acre avocado orchard with a small deck complete with a barbecue, and dining for four, in addition to a front patio area again with seating for four and a fire table to enjoy the stunning natural avocado grove, hilltop and valley views.

The cottage is complete with two bedrooms each with its own full en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen was created with the home chef in mind and is fully equipped with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and island with seating for three, with sliding glass door access to the deck and a lovely view of the avocado orchard.

Additionally, within the open living space there is a Living room with a full sized leather sofa, a coffee table and two living room chairs, a 50-inch smart TV, and overall seating for 8.

There is also a workspace in the corner area with an office chair and a small desk.
