Welcome to our family home located in Dollar Point! Spacious for families, cozy for couples. Enjoy our property year round with ample space no matter the season.   The house has three bedrooms, each well appointed.  There are two modern bathrooms with heated floors, a large family room and a den off the modern kitchen that enjoys a great view of the lake.

The back deck has a beautiful fireplace and ample seating to enjoy the afternoons and evenings with a full umbrella for shade on those hot summer Tahoe days.

We are 20 minutes to Palisades Tahoe, Northstar and Homewood.

We are 30 minutes from Diamond Peak.

There is a walking trail across the street that is also an excellent cross country and snow showing location in the winter.  Dog Friendly.

Centrally located near Tahoe City and access to 5 ski resorts within 30 minutes.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with local neighbors.  Noise travels easily and echoes. The short term rental ordinance must be followed by all guests. No music or hanging out outside is allowed after 9pm, and all cars must fit in the garage or driveway (3 cars max, this is strict). Please help us keep this home a short term rental by only booking if you can follow these rules. Thank you.
