Shaded Garden Apartment Steps from the Beach – Nestled beneath sea grapes and swaying palms, Grove is a cool, one-bedroom garden retreat designed for relaxed coastal living. With a full kitchen, open living space, and access to the pool, hot tub, and beach gear, it’s a peaceful hideaway just moments from the sand.

More than 100 years old, the `Floridita` is one of Indian Rocks Beach`s earliest cottages. Lovingly tended to and newly renovated, it is now available for the first time in more than a decade.

The apartment connects to the main cottage along a tree-covered side alley. In the bedroom, there is a queen bed, two bedside tables, lamps, and a full closet with plenty of clothes storage.

The adjoining bathroom contains a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, with plenty of fresh linens for both home and beach use.

In the open plan living area are an armchair and a loveseat sofa bed with a twin mattress to accommodate another guest.

The kitchen is fully loaded with new appliances and cooking tools, as well as a dining table and chairs.

The apartment has private parking and direct exterior access to Indian Rocks Beach`s sugar sand and the Gulf of Mexico without crossing the street.

Guests will have private use of the entire cottage apartment and secluded patio.

As residents next door, we are generally available to answer questions or respond to comments by text, phone, email, or in person.

The `Floridita` cottage is located off the 7th Ave beach access, and is only 2 blocks north of the Indian Rocks Beach/Walsingham bridge.

The neighborhood`s largest attractions are, of course, its sugar sand and shimmering waves, just steps from the cottage`s front door.

The cottage has free parking onsite for those arriving in their own cars, plenty of space for ride share users, and is two blocks from the major bus stop.

Indian Rocks Beach is fewer than 3 miles long and is very walkable. You`ll find an abundance of eating, drinking, shopping, and recreation activities just a few blocks south, with many other options throughout town to the north.

To travel further afield, the local Jolley Trolley bus offers regularly scheduled routes between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

The cottage comes fully stocked with new linens and towels, as well as some cooking and bathing essentials.

Brand new air conditioning, high-speed wifi, and cable television are included, and the on-premises laundry room with washer and dryer is free of charge.
