Modern and family friendly house in Reykjavik

Our house is centrally located in Reykjavik in a nice and calm neighbourhood, only 3km away from the city centre. Bus transportation is just a few steps from our house, you are only a few minutes by bus to the city centre. Close to our house is public playground for the kids. From our house we have very nice walking / bike paths that takes you into Elliðaárdalur / Fossvogur or into downtown Reykjavik or around whole Reykjavik if you like.

Our house is on two floors, you enter on the ground floor, there we have guest bathroom, fully loaded kitchen with everything you need, Nespresso coffee machine. Living room and TV room with streaming services like Netflix etc. From the living room you can enter our wooden patio / garden. On the upper floor we have the main bathroom with shower and bath tub. Then we have 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with King Size bed (180x200cm), second bedroom with single bed (120x200cm) and third bedroom with Single bed that can be changed into two single beds (90x200cm) next to each other.

We have baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

We manage over 150 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term renting.
