Beautiful lake views of Sandy Creek and Main Basin of Lake Travis, Texas Hill Country, and all complimented by the morning sun. This Villa is 1,440 SF, has three bedrooms, two baths and pet friendly. Located in a quiet area of the HILLTOP, and just a block and a half below the HILLTOP. From this Villa, you can quickly access the walking trails that wind through the entire Hollows Community, or go the other direction to walk down to the Kayak Club and enjoy a beautiful stroll through the woods and over the bridge to observe the natural habitat. A great spot to enjoy the serenity of the surroundings and enjoy the peace and quiet. And pets are welcomed. Snowbirds and Winter Texans Welcomed.

Fun at the Hollows

We enjoyed our time at the hollows, even in the heat of summer. The air conditioning pumped well, the beds were comfortable and the kids loved the pool. The villa could do with some minimal updating (some doorknobs were a bit loose/weird and the living room seating wasn’t the most comfortable). None of these things really impacted our stay since we tried to be out and about regularly, but may matter to others. Bill was a responsive and friendly host. When we realized that the kids bathingsuits were lost in the packing shuffle, he tried to help us find somewhere to replace them. He was also flexible with check-in to help accommodate our flight changes. Would recommend renting with Bill at the Hollows! Make sure to check out Latte Vista for sandwiches and coffee and Lago Donut. We really enjoyed both local businesses.

It's a bit of a hike from the city, but a beautiful, spacious condo

Overall this is a great condo and fit our family (5 adults, 1 teen, and a 2 yr old) great. Lots of space and a great covered patio area with grill. The location was not ideal for our visit to the F1 race, but we knew that going in. Only real complaint is that we did not have any dish wash cloths (had to resort to one from bath set) and only two thin dish towels. A scrubbing sponge would've been nice. I wish we could've taken more advantage of the place and the lake location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Quite Getaway

The property and surrounding area was a great choice for our family. We could stay secluded in the hills and enjoy the patio, sun, and views of the Lake. Or like we chose, we moved around to enjoy activities on Lake Travis which wasn’t that far of a drive. This property was very clean, safe, and enjoyable.

Cozy, lovely home with a great view!

So glad we got the booking. It was well stocked, clean towels, enough dishes, coffee machine w supplies, well stocked pantry. Very thoughtful owner. Every one of us enjoyed our stay. Would love to go back the next time we visit Lake Travis.

Happy with our stay.

There were a few hiccups. Dirty pan in stove and the coffee pot had not been cleaned. The step in shower in the master had no anti slip prevention. I slipped. Bruised but ok. I couldn’t find a recycle bin. Other than those things we enjoyed the weekend!

Great Little Gem away from the Hustle and Buzzle!!

Fantastic place to just get away and spend time with friends and family. Conveniently located at The Hollows with access to award winning Northshore Marina, Beach Club, Pool and Fitness Center. We'll definitely be back. Bill and his team did a fabulous job providing local information and check in process.

The villa is nice and has everything as described. It is quite far from the pool and beach club and the lake was low so there was not access to the lake. We didn't have any issues with that. The only issue we had was with the downstairs neighbor who definitely ruined the experience for us all weekend. Friday night, most of my group (8 of us which the villa did sleep comfortably) drove from Houston after work, so they didn't show up until around midnight. One person dropped their suit case off the bed by accident and there was a knock on the door: The daughter of the downstairs neighbor. She informed us that we were being loud and so I reassured her we would not disturb them again. Around 1230, 6 of the group sat around the kitchen table catching up and winding down to go to bed. We were getting up and down from the table getting food etc. There comes another knock on the door: it is now the neighbor. She informs us that "every time you move a chair it wakes me up". I told her we would be more quiet and move into the living room to prevent this, to which she leans over her walker to tell me that she has a disease and will call 911 the next time she hears a noise. It ruined the entire vibe of the night, but we all went to our rooms and went to bed. The next morning, while sitting on the patio drinking coffee, we hear the neighbor outside as well yelling for her cigarettes and talking on the phone loudly telling someone that she was going to call the cops on us -- for what this time, I am not sure. that night, we sat on the patio again, enjoying the area. It was around 10 PM. One of my friends laughed loudly, and we hear the woman scream downstairs "there is something in the woods! I am calling 911". My assumption is this isn't the first time this happened to people that rented the unit. It was quite agitating to deal with. However, I will rent here again, just a different part of the Hollows.

The Hollows are really nice and spacious.

The Condo was very nice and big. The parking wasn't so pleasant but it was noted on the contract to minimize the cars you bring. There was 2 broken blinds but other than that the Condo and Atmosphere was amazing. I would defiantly rent this condo again. Lastly the owners of the property were extremely nice and helpful.

Good value for the price

Very nice condo. Everything we expected. Could have used more towels and bedding linens, and plate ware. Otherwise perfect. Good value for the price. Beach Club at Hollows is great fun for families.

The property was nice overall but could definitely have some upgrades conducted

The condo was nice but some things should definitely be upgraded. There were only about 10 cable channels & the WiFi stopped working the 1st day. The televisions are out dated. 1 flat screen & 2 box tvs. These are things that were included as amenities but couldn't be accessed for the entire stay. The water in the shower never remained hot. We emailed & called the host/owner (Bill Wallace) regarding this but he never responded. The area is very nice but the condo could definitely use some upgrades.

Highly recommend!

The hosts are great and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It is very spacious and looks just like the pictures. It also comes equipped with anything you could possibly need during your stay. The views are amazing.

Beautiful villa but dissappointed by location to pool

Villa is just as described. Very clean and feels new. Loved outdoor space and grill. Garage was a nice bonus. Owner did a nice job communicating to us and resolving issue with grill quickly. Just a few concerns.... the pool is a long walk or drive from the villa- I did not realize this when booking and would not have chosen to stay here if I had known. The beds only have a sheet & comforter. Are the comforters washed after every visit? While they appear clean, I have concerns on how often they are laundered. No games :( For a place that is set up to be relaxing, I was disappointed to find there wasn't even a deck of cards. Kids wanted to play volleyball- we were excited to find a ball in the garage, but it was flat. The kitchen was stocked with basic pots, dishes, coffee maker, etc. Very nice that they had some coffee & coffee filters. Also had some starter shampoo & soap in bathroom. Appreciate the washer & dryer. There were TVs available for all bed rooms but only the one in the master worked. Would have liked a lock on the exterior door for night time (deadbolt or chain). Overall, happy with our stay. Development was very nice. I felt safe throughout our stay.
