Our large deck is perfect for family gatherings and enjoying time with loved ones. The home also comes with a detached laundry room located in the small and private backyard area.

We are just a short 15 minute drive from TPA airport

This is a traditional bungalow home that has been beautifully renovated with guest experience in mind. The home comes with 2 full size bathrooms and a private ensuite for the master. The large and spacious kitchen area is perfect for family meals and the outdoor deck area is perfect for entertaining and hanging with friends.

We do have parking for two vehicles in the driveway and carport area.

The home is centrally located to all your favorite Tampa scenes and just a short distance to the famous Armature Works.

You will access the home with your own personal code to our back door, and also where you will be parking. You will receive your check in info on the day of your arrival once the home is ready for your access.

Check in is traditionally at 5pm, however we will always send the check in as soon as the home is ready.

I love interacting with guests, however that interaction is totally dependent on you! I`m available for any questions at all and I want you to have the best experience at my property.

This home does have surveillance features on the exterior porches. There is a camera overlooking the back porch and lawn area and there is another camera overlooking the front porch.

These cameras are NOT monitored during your stay and are here for insurance purposes.

Please note, check in is at 5pm, however we will always send the check in as soon as the home becomes available on the day of your arrival.

Lastly, we do charge PER pet. I will send you a request for additional funds based on your reservation and pet count.
There is NO smoking in the home - please note there is a $500 smoke remediation fee for any smoke smells left in the home. Please do not dispose of your cigarette butts inside the indoor trash cans - our outdoor trash cans are fine to throw your butts into. If smoking is discovered during your stay it will be grounds for immediate removal with no refund.

Management is not responsible for empty propane tanks - please utilize the grill at your leisure, however please be prepared to fill it. Management can prepare the propane tank for you prior to your arrival, however there is a fee associated to do so.

Please note, if you are booking this stay for someone else you will be fully responsible for any damages, late check outs etc.

FRIENDLY REMINDER AND WARNING: If you bring an unauthorized pet to the property and it is not discussed or paid for prior to your arrival, there will be a fee of $300. The pet fee is to accommodate the extra cleaning associated with pets. If my cleaners arrive unprepared to clean up after your pet the $300 fee will get passed along to you. Honesty is our best policy. Please be honest with your fur babies. We are happy to accommodate them.

KIND REMINDER: You have booked a strictly NON REFUNDABLE stay. I encourage all guests to purchase travelers insurance if you think your travel plans could be interrupted by any unforeseeable circumstance.
