This 4BHK flat is in the heart of Haralur in Shub Enclave nestled in greenery all around. An area with all the amenities, cafe, and restaurants and not yet touched by the crazy traffic of Bangalore. You will be staying in a quiet lane but will be a stone's throw away from everything. Equally close to HSR, Sarjapura, Koramangala and Electronic city. Thirty to forty minutes drive from Indiranagar, Brigade and M.G Road ( Hub of other places to chill out).

This is a 4 bedroom fully furnished apartment. Air cooler can be provided on request

Bedroom:
This is one of the 4 bedrooms. Features a double-size bed, side tables, a study table and a chair (on request), and a wardrobe with cloth hangers. Comes with a attached Bathroom.

-Your room is on the 3rd floor and has a balcony in the living room which can be used for smoking.

-We provide fresh bed linen, pillows, and a duvet in each bedroom.

-All Bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom: Western Toilet, Sink & Shower with 24*7 hot water.

-We provide fresh towels, liquid hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Terrace:
You can use the terrace on the 4th Floor to chill and to smoke. ( The housekeeper's room is also on the terrace). This is the best place to enjoy moonlit night.

Kitchen:
A fully equipped and functional kitchen
-We have a top-of-the-line UV+RO filtration system for drinking water.
-The kitchen has two inductions, electric kettle, microwave oven, and large 2-door convertible refrigerator.
-We also have all cooking utensils, eating plates and saucers, and serving utensils.
-Also available are drinking glasses, tea/coffee cups, old-fashioned glasses, and red and white wine glasses.
-All daily spices and cooking oil for you to prepare that delicious home cooked meal is also available in the kitchen

Living Room:
A cool chill-out place with a 49-inch TV with free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Videos and Music.

There are some board games and books in the living room, which you are free to use.

The Book shelf also has a Iron if you wish to iron your cloth by yourself or you can ask household to do that at a very minimal cost.

Security:
- The housekeeper stays on the property on the terrace.
- The outside of the house, the terrace, and the stairwell are under CCTV surveillance.

Guest access
Apart from your own bedroom, you have shared access to the living area, kitchen/dining area, and the terrace.

I love meeting new people and am happy to grab a coffee or chai with you to share my favourite 'secret spots' in and around Haralur!

I live nearby and am available for any on-ground support you might need. If you prefer your space, I’ll stay out of your hair, but I'm always up for a chat about the best food especially when it comes to Bengali or Chineses or hidden South Indian breakfast nooks nearby.

- The common areas are shared with other guests.

- Non-guests and parties not allowed on the property

- Pls, don't play music too loud so as not to disturb the neighbors.

-Smoking is only allowed on your balcony or at terrace and should be cleaned properly. I am quite strict about this.

-If you need to check in / check out late / early please let me know. I will try to accommodate your request if we don't have other reservations.

- We need to take a copy of any govt id of all the guests as per Govt. regulations. If you are a non-resident of India, please let us take a copy of your passport and visa. Foreign Nationals will also have to fill out another form required by Foreign Registrations Office

- The room is cleaned before you check in and provided with fresh linens and towels. If you are staying for multiple days, further cleaning and providing linens and towels will be done on request.

- We give a set of 1 room key, 1 house key per room, and 1 Access key. Any lost key will be charged INR 500 per key.

At the time of check-out make sure to leave the access card in the flat.
