Each of the 5 bedrooms in this home have been beautifully designed for comfort, each of which with their own smart TVs. On the top floor, the first bedroom has 1 king bed, the second with 1 queen, and the third with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, air hockey, and comfy seating to enjoy the big TV! On the main floor, there is one bedroom with 1 king bed, and the bottom floor has the fifth bedroom, with 2 full beds.

There are three full bathrooms in this home; one on each floor. On the first floor, the bathroom has a sink, toilet, & walk-in shower only (+ laundry closet with a washer & dryer). The bathroom on the second floor has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, & soaking tub. On the top floor, the third bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal."
