GOOD TO KNOW
- Winter access: our private driveway is 382 yards on a steep grade and isn't always cleared promptly. A 4WD/AWD vehicle is required in winter — please don't book winter dates without one. We can't refund guests who can't reach the cabin.
- Pets: two dogs welcome (50 lbs or less each), $50 per dog per stay. The deck and yard aren't fully enclosed — please keep dogs leashed and supervised outdoors and clean up after them.
- Rural setting: we're in the forest; the cabin is treated professionally for pests, but occasional wildlife encounters come with the territory.
- Stairs: three floors, no baby gates — worth knowing with toddlers.
- No parties, no smoking (including vapes), no fires, candles, or fireworks — strict, to protect the forest.
- Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. The barn and storage areas are off-limits; the smaller cabin on the property is unoccupied. Security: exterior cameras only.
- Check-in after 4 PM via keypad (self check-in); checkout before 10 AM — please gather used towels, take out trash, run the dishwasher, turn everything off, lock up, and drop us a message.
- County permit STR-26-0601. Our prices include all fees — no hidden fees.
