Comfortable & Newly Renovated
The HomePlace has been recently and thoughtfully remodeled to create a welcoming and comfortable space for guests. The spacious living room provides plenty of seating where you can gather with family and friends, relax after a day of hiking or rafting, and enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV.
The large, fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you’re cooking a quick breakfast before heading out for adventure or sharing a home-cooked dinner together in the evening, you’ll find the kitchen stocked with the essentials to make it feel like home.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The home comfortably accommodates guests with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, a cozy reading chair, a Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom for added convenience and privacy.
The second bedroom brings a fun retro vibe with a queen-size bed, a mini Pac-Man arcade game, and a Smart TV — perfect for guests of all ages.
The third bedroom offers a comfortable full-size bed and its own Smart TV, creating a relaxing space to unwind.
Convenient Amenities
For longer stays or added convenience, guests also have access to a full laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. An iron, ironing board, and basic cleaning supplies are also available for your use.

Just steps away is a covered patio area featuring a hot tub — the perfect place to soak and unwind after a full day of hiking, rafting, rock climbing, or sightseeing in the New River Gorge.
The side yard also offers a grill and two additional porch swings, creating the ideal setting for outdoor meals and evenings spent enjoying fresh mountain air.

The hot tub may take longer than usual to heat, especially in colder weather. For best performance, the jets should be off or on low while heating and the cover should remain fully closed.
Due to weather conditions and heating limitations, we cannot guarantee the hot tub will reach or maintain maximum temperature at all times.
The hot tub temperature is turned down to 97°F between stays. You can easily adjust it to your desired temperature upon arrival.
NOTICE: Do not place the hot tub lid on the ground or lay flat on patio. Place it, leaning on designated areas or lean against posts to avoid damage.

The home has reliable high speed internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway. One Ring security camera is located at the driveway for your security. One Ring Security Camera is located at the front of the house on the large yard, for your security. There are no cameras inside the property.
Safety:
We strive to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests; however, during the snow season, we urge you to exercise caution while on the property.
Please note the following:
Slippery Conditions: Snow and ice can make the ground, steps, and walkways slippery. Use handrails where available, wear appropriate footwear, and proceed with care to avoid slips or falls.
Maintenance:
During the mowing season, as well as the snowy season, we try to keep the property mowed and manicured, as well as clear and safe. Our maintenance man will try to work around guests being home but there may be times that the grass will be mowed, or maintenance is completed while guests are “home”.
By booking this property, guests acknowledge these potential risks and agree to take necessary precautions. By continuing with this reservation you are acknowledging and confirming that you have read, accept, and will follow the house rules. You are also agreeing that guests, rental party or anyone invited to use the premises assumes all responsibility and holds us harmless from any liability resulting from any accident, injury, illness, loss of personal belongings that may result while on or in the premises.
Absolutely no smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes or smoking of ANY kind IN or ON the premises. This includes NO illegal substances IN or ON the property! Including but not limited to marijuana, cannabis, cannabis vaping etc.
**If there has been use, if oder or remains are found, (including cigarette butts left ON or IN property, inside or out) you will be charged an additional fee of $250.00 for cleaning.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
The driveway is a paved area provided for our guests. Please do not park anywhere other than the paved areas!
Do NOT park in the grass or the upper driveway.

Please keep in mind that this is a non pet friendly property, so no pets allowed. If you bring a pet to the non-pet friendly property, you will be subject to our $500 fee for house rule violation, and immediate eviction.
