Casa Ambar is a modern and welcoming building in the heart of Casco Viejo, right in front of Plaza Arango in the historic San Felipe neighborhood. It features 8 thoughtfully designed apartments, 4 of 35 m² and 4 of 48 m² with balconies. Enjoy a rooftop with panoramic views, grill, outdoor cinema and laundry. No elevator, just stairs 😄 Totally worth it. The area has active nightlife, with nearby bars and clubs, so some noise is expected, especially on weekends.

From Tocumen International Airport, it’s about a 30–40 minute taxi or rideshare ride 🚕. From nearby neighborhoods like El Cangrejo, Obarrio, Bella Vista, or Costa del Este, it’s just 10–20 minutes by taxi or rideshare.

The area is very walkable 🚶‍♂️, so once you arrive, everything restaurants, bars, plazas, and shops is just steps away, making it easy to explore the vibrant streets and historic charm of Casco Viejo.

Important note there is no elevator and the stairs are quite a few and steep, so if your knees are not fans of cardio, this might not be your place 😄
